The person who made the best impression on me personally would go to @kaisdf. Fellow clan member, intelligent, funny, has gotten me out of a few jams before. But what makes Kais stand out is that he's one of the few people who wasn't a mod who's told me that I messed up, be it directly or indirectly, and given me really good reasons as to why and how. For the biggest impact on the forum as a whole, it would be president yisroel.rabin either @Maf, @Hate, or @I3est. I'm very likely missing some other mods who made bigger impacts on the forum this year than them, and forgive me if I did, but from my viewpoint, and where I usually lurk, it's always one of those three who's doing a whole lot of work. I would say @Cedric Debono, but that's kind of cheating a little, considering he was in charge of the English community overall, which obviously means he did the most work.

Go somewhere else for relevant topics - there's plenty in the sections located right above this one. If you have any self-respect, you'd delete that post after the high wears off.
