Everyone already knows, don't you worry about a thing dude ;) Also, what qualifies as a "true anime lover"? Do you have to have watched at least some of the quality essentials (Tokyo Ghoul, AoT, Code Geass, Death Note, etc.), is there a quantity limit, or..?

Well that didn't take long to surface. My popcorn isn't even out of the microwave yet, chill out a bit.

I'm male, I used Isida back when I played TO competitively. I liked it purely because I could get crystals and Exp quite easily, what with healing and all, and it was the only M2 turret I had. Also, what evidence points towards a female majority playing Isida

Regardless or whether you're joining clan or some event that you didn't specify, no. Adding you is a terrible idea, considering the way you act in public. Maybe you're a good person yet don't want to show it, but there's the problem - you don't want to show it. I very highly doubt that anything short of divine intervention will guarantee you being accepted here for that one reason alone.

Farewell Cedric, your services to this community will not be forgotten. EDIT: So a couple people have sent some angry PMs towards me saying my meme is disrespectful because I shooped Cedric's face on a dog. When I think about it that way, it kind of is, but in no way was that intended. The joke here is that the dog is from the "dramatic flashbacks" web videos from a while back. So this is supposed to symbolize Cedric having dramatic flashbacks of TO once he retires. Apologies to anyone who didn't like it.

It's not that simple - you can't just "rethink" your government and trade options, because oftentimes, there are no options apart from the one they currently have. Former African colonies are a big example of this. "You make money and you're good" doesn't work either. To get money, someone has to give money, and in your world where only the best survive, nobody wants to give money. Actually, would money even be a thing if all that matters is being an extremely talented thief? That would work wonders.

Birth. Control. And. Natural. Selection. Wouldn't. Do. Anything. To. Help. You. With. That. Essentially, what you're saying is that anyone who makes a choice that leads them to become the "scum" of society should be executed, which is stupid and wouldn't help in any way whatsoever. If your idea were to be implemented, nothing would change. Drugs are extremely powerful, much more so than you'd think, and I have firsthand experience of that - addicts want nothing more than to stop, but they can't. The allure is too strong even for those with much more common sense than needed to know how harmful any sort of addictive behaviour can be to their well-being. The fact of the matter is that you have to help your own kind, whether you like it or not, because if no-one helped anyone, everyone would be in the exact same dirt hole as the people you're describing. Take ancient military supergiant Sparta for example. A quick browse through history shows that they only kept the strongest and fittest of children to survive their brutal training regimens. Look where that took them.

I agree with Zomblistic. Some people simply don't have the means to showcase their talents to society, and thus don't rise to the top, be it because they have a debilitating disease/disorder, or because their intellect doesn't reflect their other abilities. If natural selection were simply allowed to happen, we would be no different than the rest of the animal kingdom. We care for those who aren't up to par with the rest of society, we understand that the world isn't fair as it is, and we have a desire to change that. The idea of natural selection is born out of good intentions, but ultimately, I personally think it would have the complete opposite effect. There will always be those who are weak and those who are strong - natural selection doesn't change that. Look at evolution and its millions upon millions of years of natural selection and name one species that was able to do as much as we did by ignoring natural selection. Now for an analysis: Natural selection isn't the best way or the only way. Actually, it isn't a good way at all. You wouldn't fix any problems at all, except maybe "overpopulation", but then you would get rid of a large chunk of the world's work force, free thinkers, top scientists, and just about everyone else. Not a great price to pay.

There will never be a true winner in this thread, and because there is no true winner in this thread, there is no true loser in this thread either. Never can have, never will. However, you broke all my expectations with what you gave us, and have left me completely awestruck. Because of that, there must be an amendment to the rules, and now, you have been awarded an honourable position that nobody here has ever achieved before. You lose.

Formal apologies to everyone for the spam, I couldn't resist the giggles.

If there's one thing I never expected to see on the forum, this is it tbh just buy a new one. These things are dirt-cheap for a reason.

Basically, this is for everyone who's getting ticked off (righteously, I might add) that their application has gotten no response: TL;DR, a couple forms got mixed up. We're making a new one that every leader has access to, and that may or may not require sending the app form again, using this new one. Sorry about that, we honestly don't blame you if you find this a nuisance. More detailed explanations can be found a couple posts back, but this is the very basics of what happened.

The number one argument by the anti-climate change side is that the earth has been doing this for years, fluctuating in temperature. We're just in a "hot spell" right now, and it will come to pass. Which is an argument that is completely irrelevant considering the rate of changing temperatures. When comparing this past century with any actual fluctuation time from the Earth's past, we have a significant amount of time in the differences. Of course, there's other arguments used by the other side (and will very likely cause a flame war hotter than the streets of Miami at the moment), but overall, it's a tad hard to deny absolutely everything that's going on right now. Especially because it's common knowledge that we are pumping a stupid amount of CO2 and CH4 into the atmosphere, along with other contaminants.

Whoa, stop right there. You're using incorrect grammar. You're BANNED. (For 24 hours)

Mr. President, I'd be careful with that. Don't want to burn down the White House, now do you

No, you are the righteous leader. I can't think of anyone more qualified than the one person who started it all. Welcome home - we refuse to be mad at you.

All you did was search up "dank memes" on google search. I found the exact same ones by scrolling down once. Try harder.
