RE Dual - I was actually suggesting that Each Talon would have a Full Control Situation, like DoS has now. They wouldn't necessarily need each other to make a decision. However, with that said, needs to be FANTASTIC communication and general rules agreement between them. More like a 'notification' idea. Then we have 2 folks that can make final calls on everything... Might actually speed up some things? I'd imagine a voting idea generically OK (subject to DoS requests), but then he also needs to apply what he knows about people and their personalities, online access, goals, etc. Part of being a Supreme Draconic Leader is imposing Final Decisions. Yes, the people count, but too many cooks in the kitchen don't necessarily finish a meal - especially one that EVERYONE will eat. Personally, I love watching US Presidential Elections. If you can have 51% of the people want you to be the BoSS, then you can run the most powerful economic and influential and military country in the world. At the same time, the other half of your people want you fired, or arrested, or even killed. Then ditto for the other 20X the world population. Moral of the story - you can't please everyone. A leader must make a decision that they believe is best for "the people", and stick with it. Sure you can grow and learn and realize that some decisions weren't the best. But then you step up and make the change and inform people of what happened and why. Again, not everyone will agree. But hopefully they respect...

@basenji7 for Supreme Draconic Leader?!? :P DoS, I think some of the other comments could ring true - RE making the Left/Right Talons fully able to run the Clan, effective as of a certain date, assuming Their Great Multitudes were able to be online more often and provide the necessary leadership. Otherwise, they could act In Crested Counsel and someone else (or 2) move into a Talon role. I think you can still hold onto #ThisWonderfulRealityYouCreated and remain in the Leadership post - just needing a further break from having to do it ALL. Note, it can be hard having a Dual Leadership - different ideas. You and they would need to have a set of expectations about what "would become"... based on what you've been doing ... And you be available for 'final calls' on certain matters - which could then set common law for future issues. Leadership. It's a tough thing - having to be firm, yet fair. Positive, yet realistic. Helpful, yet using your time effectively and efficiently. Pushing a group of people to new things, yet staying grounded also. You have proved to have a wonderful moral compass, with a vision that brings a variety of people from around the globe to celebrate their differences [in spamming techniques], and having lots of fun along the way... I think we have all been blessed with new friends, because of you. Keep it up, you'll do better than Trump in the future!! Reasonably good thoughts. I try to stay away from making anything sound too harsh, but when someone is feeling defensive, hard to say how they can interpret the written word. I expect SLT is sleeping right now, and will provide some reasonable explanation in his morning (or after school). Provocation versus playing around (or teasing) is usually from the eye of the beholder. Let's put our heads in the other person's shoes to consider their feelings too. And if someone is "Like Bruh Stop" or "stfu..please", just add on "I'm not feeling loved here right now" or something like that. I might be unknowingly agitating someone, but if they tell me, I will try to consider their feelings and refrain from further 'provocation'. I remember teens, and I can tell you grades are important too - down the road. Maybe this was just Spanish for you, but I thought I'd share some of my general knowledge too. Some will say it's not WHAT you know, but WHO you know ... which can be true. But if you don't know the right people, then universities, and ultimately companies you want to work for, will look at your grades (along with community work - shows more effort overall). Try to be in the top 10% or 25% of your class. Definitely spend the time studying to make the top half. At least then if there is 50% unemployment for new grads, you have a chance to make it. REALITY CHECK [#RealitySucks], companies will want someone who is naturally bright, or has built their story to show complete devotion to working hard for success. Not to say there isn't any hope - but you can make your next 60 years a little easier, by working hard for the next 6 or 12 years... ;) -_- <_< He's a busy BoSS. With daily missions, I've been growing my Supplies - over 100 Repairs, and over 500 of Armor/Damage/Speed (>400 mines). No gold boxes... Trying to replace them most days with something to give me crystals, but usually end up with something on supplies. Never bought any, but it looks like my profile shows a drugger!
