It is like a 'passive' sabotage of sorts, does hurt in heated battles like a Polygon CP XP/BP. How would B_Ms see that they are talking instead of playing? Plus, since this happens across teams (but one team gets far much more affected) how would they know if it is genuine sabotage?

I know about the topic, and that is how I am able to communicate with Russian teammates. But, most of the times, I find Armenians and Georgians talking like its a Lobby Chat Channel and not a battle. I don't have any hate against them, but finding them talking-out a battle, in return for a loss to myself and other playing teammates is frustrating.
