Getting a M2 module against all 3 would cost 300k and M3 Titan would cost 242,000 on a 50% off MU and 70% off SUs sale (you can calculate this in Wiki by yourself in Titan's MUs page). It depends mostly on what you want, a bit slower hull with more armour or just protections against the annoyances. However, Titan M3 sounds the logical choice because of lower cost.

Firewall is a really good kit. Vulcan has some really nasty bugs right now, so do not get it. (If you are willing to try your luck, then you can get Mountain. Since Vulcan has not received a buff recently, and its pretty UP, so a buff might be underway) Mammoth doesn't have the speed to pair with Thunder, as you can't get away from enemies coming to 'hug' you to inflict self-damage on you.

No do not. M1 Thunder won't do you any good in the higher ranks, and the more higher you go, Thunder's charm wears off.
