You cannot realistically ask for an Arabic newspaper when there is not an English one in the first place (they call it newspaper, but it is barely 4 articles per month). They are not going to say yes and allocate resources with your current request (it is only you behind it at the moment that can produce material). It is simple, if you really want it to be done you need to take matter in your own hands. It was like this when we started the French one, we had to gather writers and proved we could do it for more than 3 months (it took 6 months to have the real first issue, and Regency did put a lot of effort even before that to find writers and motivate a team). The same common sense will applies here too. Take into consideration that the world has changed, younger players prefer to learn by watching videos. I doubt that text is now sufficient to entertain. If you really want to be successful with an Arabic newspaper, make it more video and less text. Start something, make it work for a couple of month and then get back to Marcus/Flexoo. Good luck. Obviously if you are not align with the current policy, then you will have to play solo/freelance.

Yes. Players from PC or from mobile play the same battle. Same rewards and same challenges. You still need to buy the "Demolisher" paint to be able to participate.

To have a newspaper you need articles, to get articles you need writers. So start writing (or find players willing to write) and share your articles with @Flexoo. Once you have a certain amount they can make an issue. The problem is not publishing the problem is getting good quality/meaningful article.

These are not free, you need to write a text inline with the contest requirement. And then win. If you have some struggle with English ask for some help in one of the Country Clubs. One of the club might talk your language and they might be able to help you out with the translation.
