There can be various reasons, for example, have you changed anything on your cart side or your PayPal Account side, i.e., email address, etc. It can also be a setting in your PayPal Account Profile, i.e., Block payments from non-US PayPal Accounts, etc. I remember once when a friend of mine had this same problem and then logged in to his account to discover a message from Paypal (not very obvious - little bell with red marker top right) requiring some answers they needed with yet another US tax change. Anyway, he ticked a couple of boxes and it all worked again. We helpers have nothing to do with the Help Desk at all, what they do is what they do, we simply help the players. We can't slow or fasten anyone's progress when it comes to the support team. We are same as you, normal players who help the CM to whatever we can, wait their response.

First question: Well, first of all since they can not post battle links or invite someone, that's why the system doesn't allow them to create a battle(s). And secondly, not being able to create battles is one of the intentional penalties for getting a ban. It's there to encourage banned players to follow rules so that they don't have to face the inconvenience of not being able to create battles and this won't be changed. Second question: Reason why naming battles to whatever players wanted was removed was because it started becoming more work for moderators since they had to check if the battle names violated the game rules such as creating battles that has insults or even links to third-party websites and much much more which was the reason why the option to rename battles was removed.

Depends, some moderators are friendly with the players and the CM more than others which sometimes explains why as they have quite many friends here and there. In my case, I honestly don't even upload pictures in here, maybe once every couple month(s) without expecting anything lol. This is known issue, your crystals will be returned to you after a refresh or in rare cases after the server restart, nothing to worry about at all. Nothing will be missing from your account at all.
