Yep, many others did face similar issues and other ones as well but since they restarted the servers couples times, some of the problems were solved while other small ones still remains. Currently there no such an option to log out from one account to another on Steam except changing your steam account and using a different account but it is been already reported so I hope they will find a way to switch accounts on Steam. Simply you have to log out from your steam account, for now there is no other way.

Normally if all discussion about the update should be kept in the official update topic, it would help a lot. Some players may think that creating a separate topic with pledges will mean that developers will be more likely to notice it and take action, but they are wrong. Developers rarely check the rest of the forum and news topics are the only place where they seriously pay attention to feedback and take it into account. Our job as forum moderators is to keep this discussion in those news topic and prevent it from being diverged to other places on the forum which is something forum moderators do a lot in every update, but this one is different tho. This is just a discussion one or more like what players would like or hoping at least. :)

Hmm... you did try playing on your Browser, Client but what about the Standalone Flash Player? Sometimes it is really really good compared to many other things. I would say it is worth playing on it sometimes. I'm curious to know if you tried clearing your cache, sometimes that helps many many problems while other times it might help a few days(s), or even week(s). Since you seem to like playing on the Client, if the problems keep happening than please have a look at this link. You mean using Puffin Browser to play TO on your phone? Well that is one way to play but it isn't convenient and it is not also a official release from TO but still useful when there is a sale and you are just too lazy to go to your PC/Laptop so it is useful sometimes.

From what I understood, you got an error and it said to re-enter the game and once you did, you have already ranked and you didn't got your rank up crystals. I'm assuming that the system gave you your rank up crystals once you were disconnected and re-enter the game and once you finished loading than everything was done already including your crystals.

It is a hidden section on the Forum that mostly can be accessed by link or by google search or some other ways but hard to find without the link.

This is one of the most important things that players are really concerned about because as we all know, mults are a problem to this game so I really hope they have some sort of great idea for that, if they do it welly than I'm not really worried about mults and I'm pretty sure that they are aware of it as well, let's hope the best and find out what they will come up with. :)
