Will be very, very difficult. But - they may change the prices sometime in the future. Until then, keep your eye on the Challenge rewards and if you see a hull augment you like - strive to get that far in Challenge and then buy the Battle Pass. If you don't have the TKs available at that point you will kick yourself for spending them earlier.

What does this mean? I looked at your profile - you saying you got all those animated paints through luck? Get the Top-3x15 weekly mission in your first slot and you will be singing a different tune.

You can do that 2x per Challenge - it's a 7-day cycle. And they upped the total by 1000 to 3000. 900 is < than the increase. Get the Top-3x15 and you may not be able to do the first one during the 2-week Challenge. That's 700 instead of 900. Currently there's still no compelling reason to complete a Challenge for non-buyers unless they spend 500 TK on a battle pass.

You are better off saving TKs until you have 2.5k which can be used on a 50% sale to buy hull augments. IF you really, really feel the need to "gamble" you are better off buying a Battle-Pass if you have progressed well in a Challenge. You get a ton of supplies, a lot of crystals and a lot more Containers + some augments.

Well CTF is arguably the most-played mode. Rugby fairly popular as well.

Take a look on WIKI for hopper OD. Pay careful attention to stun time and burn time. Talk about "balance"... ?

The OD is absolutely ridiculous. In Desert JUG a hopper was hiding behind the upper wall that surrounds the field. BEHIND the wall. And it's stun lasts as long as Hunters? LMAO. No wonder i just leave RGY/Assault battles when I see 2+ hoppers on other team.

Easy peezy for YOU, but from reading many others posts, it is very difficult. It's a ridiculous mission that can take 2-3 weeks. Not sure how you figure it keeps players playing. Does not seem to keep you playing since you do it "in 1 night". And I ignore it, play exactly the same amount of time I would if did not have the mission, and it gets done when it gets done.

Hardly OP at all. You'd see a lot more of them it was since the TO community likes the weapon-of-the-day. It's impact force pales compared to Shaft, Rail, Hammer and Magnum. High damage? What? It's lower than many turrets. So what if it has a critical - makes up for the relatively low damage - and the critical, which happens ~ 1-in-5 shots is only 150 more than it's max damage. Let me guess - you have more hours on Rail than any other turret...

Sure you should buy them if you can afford them. But they help buyers more. With augments available in the game the power gap between P2W and F2P widens. You buying the odd augment here and there just mitigates that widening power gap a little.

It won't be sustainable if enough F2P tankers leave the game. Buyer vs buyer just does not work. Why pay $ if you don't get an advantage?

At least you have Rail. I don't have mammoth and I'm not buying one to go with a resistance I can buy with crystals.

Some of the missions are more difficult. The crystal ones are still doable IMO. My problem is - when you get that ridiculous Top-3x15 weekly mission say goodbye to collecting a lot of stars for the "improved Challenge". That can take 2 or even 3 weeks sometimes. So you miss out on 2 weeks of stars rewards in that slot.

I'll trade you the ONLY augment I've gotten from two accounts - mammoth freeze resistance. (don't even have mammoth)

It's not something that happens regularly though. At a minimum - they need to remove EMP effects from the splash and/or make it have stock reload. Currently they disable your supplies and fire again before they finish cooldown.

Easy? hardly. The situation you describe is 1) seeing the wasp approaching and 2) being already in motion and 3) not distracted by something else in the middle of a battle. See how often you escape the bomb playing a Titan.

Augments are on both turrets and hulls - so bringing in the $ aspect of hull immunities is relevant, whether you think so or not. The augments don't just make the items (turrets and hulls) different, they make them better. Anything that is expensive, the buyers will have more of. This widens the power gap between buyers and non-buyers. Just take a look at augments like Gauss EMP. It is ridiculously OP and only buyers had access. Without any augments in the game F2P tankers would be better off balance-wise.

You are only addressing the defense side. They still cap "at will" - especially in smaller maps like sandbox.

You must go up against some pretty noob hornet players. With drones equipped they are not 'easy' to kill. And I like how everyone defending hornet assumes hornet users just charge out and issue challenges. They hit from cover first and make their kills = no return fire. It's not a dual.

How so? Augments are very expensive, and the immunities are only available for $. Augments benefit buyers more than F2P due to the increased cost - since augments now make many turrets not only different - but better too.
