On HTML5, you can upscale as much as necessary. A 144hz monitor is good for gaming (the higher the better) so yes it would be worth getting it for TO. On Flash however, there is an FPS cap of 60 and if your monitor refresh rate is higher than this it can cause screen tear. There is an easy fix though. I myself have a 120hz monitor that I keep at its standard refresh rate for all the games I play (as there aren't any FPS caps) but for TO, I make a custom refresh rate of 60 so that it matches the max FPS limit. If you play on HTML5 however, there is no need to do this as you can uncap the frame rate. My suggestion to you is that it is worth the investment.

It's too difficult to make "new ranks" because players will just keep on ranking up more and more and eventually exhaust new rank names. There has to be a stopping point, so Legend seems the most sensible.
