That Magnum user across the map who has pin-point accuracy. Last night, there were 4 of us gathered around to receive a "team hug" (OD activation). Just as the dome went up, he planted one right in the middle. He didn't kill any of us, but we weren't any better off than we were before the activation.

Is that why 2 of my accounts got a 240 hour ban? One was because I was trying to give some advice to a new player. I guess Admin and the Mod didn't like my advice. The second was because I voiced my opinion. Here, again, I suppose Admin and the Mod didn't like what I had to say. Both accounts say "0 warning points." I guess that's because I never received any warnings and never had any previous warnings or bans. Sure, I sent the "tickets" try to get an explanation, but never got one. That's "customer" satisfaction? That's when I stopped putting money into this game. It was never sorted out, the ban never lifted and my inquiries were ignored. Right after the bans, I went back and read the EULA and Rules, twice. Scrutinized each one. Couldn't figure out which of the rules I broke. That inquiry was ignored, too.

He probably knows that, but this is satire. Using the word "Goodest" is a way to convey that.

I'm aware of that, you're aware of that and so are a lot of other players. But there are also a lot of players, especially fairly new ones, that are not aware of that. Before this lobby incident, Player YY was making a nuisance of himself and other players were telling him to "stfu." As you can see, this wasn't his first flood offence. After he was banned, the rest of the lobby cheered....glad to get rid of him for awhile.

What do you mean? I was quoting what I saw in lobby chat. I wasn't banned for anything. I was just showing that the player was banned for flooding. I used "Player XX" and "Player YY" because I couldn't remember the real nicknames. Besides, it doesn't matter anyway. Yes, this is from Lobby chat, as I remember it, not made up.

This article is very informative and answered a lot of questions I've seen circulating the forums. You should have more of these for us to read. It's interesting to note how many bullets we, the players, have dodged. Dev's do updates, there's no real explanation for them, and the Community gets P.O.ed. If more of these were published, it might cut down on some of the negative reviews.

Naw. I know when I'm doing well and when I'm not. Sometimes, I'll try changing turrets and/or hulls. But if I'm still doing poorly, I just quit playing Tanki for that day or evening. I'm not a poor player, but if I'm playing poorly, then I feel I'm not doing my team justice, in which case, I'll log out of the battle in hopes that someone better will join. If I'm on a noobish team that's playing worse than me, then it really doesn't matter how I play. But bottom line is, I do not blame others for my own faults or mistakes. I own up to them. If a team wins because of my missed shot, sure I blame myself. But if it was a matter of, say, one flag for the win, then killing the flag bearer is only prolonging the inevitable.

I think what he is saying is to type your nickname with your fingers one key over from traditional positioning. Or turn your keyboard upside down and type your nickname using traditional finger positioning and strokes where the keys would have been if the keyboard was right side up. Kinda like Cryptograms. Don't know. Haven't checked lately. I'm taking an experimental drug that has a side effect of changing gender without previous notification. Can be very embarrassing at times. Especially if you're a male on a date with female. At the wrong time, you suddenly discover your gender has changed. Explain that one away. PBM is keeping his/her gender a secret.

Now I get it. This is not for real, just using your imagination to the max. Occasionally, maps are reworked. Some are obvious, some not. I'm not so sure some weren't tweaked without us knowing about it. (Dev couldn't sleep). Map: Under Construction Layout: 1...Buildings half done. Cement, tarmac, paint still wet. 2...Yellow tape across each ramp "Construction do not enter" "Enter at own risk." 3...Piles of rubble lying around. Chunks of cement and bricks strewn all about. Each one an obstacle. Any of them can get a tank stuck. 4...Properties of the props may or may not change. For instance: A large cement brick may have been easy to transverse the first time, but the second time it may either catch on your tank's tracks making you immobile. OR it may have turned into mush, slowing you down or getting you stuck (just spinning the tracks and going nowhere). However, someone can push you to freedom, if they don't mind getting stuck themselves. 5...Wet paint will rub off onto your tank. 6...Cement is wet you may sink down becoming immobile, or very sluggish. 7...Because it's a construction site, areas are swampy. Going through these areas at high rate of speed ( speed activated, Wasps and Hornets by default) will splash mud and water on anyone within range, making visibility difficult for a short time. Like at the Swamp Buggy Fests or mud meets. 8...You can go over piles of rubble (broken cement pieces, bricks, broken up tarmac, glass, metal, and pipes) but at your own risk. You may of may not get stuck. It's a draw of luck if you don't get hung up. 9...Some buildings are in the process of being torn down and some being built. It's an ongoing project and will change each time. So, the map is constantly changing from one battle to the next. Maybe next time you play the map, a building will be gone and so will the platform it was sitting on. Some changes will be obvious, some not so. You don't know if that cement is still dry or if it was recently replaced. 10...CPs and flag standards are switched around to make room for a new prop or to make room to tear one down. You never know what will happen in an area that's "Under Construction."

A few weeks ago, I had my eye on a battle from the lobby. There were 2 on Red and none on Blue. From the lobby, I could see they were capturing the flag without opposition (no one on Blue). They were up to 9 flags. Someone joined Red. Immediately, the 10th flag was made (obviously someone was sitting near the team flag holding the enemy flag) ending the battle. The one that made the 10th flag was the one who got the capture point. What a way to accomplish a mission. In just a matter of one second, he was first in battle and captured one flag....knocking off 2 missions at the same time without any effort at all. Sounds like this whole thing was planned right from the beginning, including the Red player joining so late.

Yes, there are a few things in my life I would like to forget. Posting them in a forum for everyone to read, is not forgetting, it's remembering. And the fact that now half the world knows, doesn't make things any better. The older we get, the more things we would like to forget. Unfortunately, a lot of things we would like to remember are forgotten, too.

Well, your campaign has some merit. But don't go blaming someone who has missed a few shots because they don't have great hand-eye co-ordination. It sounds as if you're saying...Apologize to the team each time you miss a shot. We all have missed shots because of game lag or had miscalculated the enemy's next move. Are you suggesting at the end of a battle, the losing team should take time out for confessions and atonements? Everyone saying it's my (the individual) fault we lost. I guess I'm missing the point, here. I haven't seen anyone blaming anybody for losing a battle or missing a shot. Yes, I have heard players complaining they missed a shot because of lag. It happens quite often.

Perhaps a Speed Ninja Boss? You have to have speed and stealth in order to make that many flags by yourself. If you carry the team, then you are certainly Boss.
