How is this selfish? Big events like Christmas and Halloween do not happen very often (as you already know), hence I think those events should include boosted experience. But little events, like ultra weekends, shouldn't include boosted experience because they are taking place very often.

In my opinion boosted experience shouldn't be a part of ultra weekends and usual events. But it differently should be a part of huge events like Christmas or Halloween.

Honestly, Hopper is good in every format.

1) You can purchase the kit directly even if you don't own any of the items included. 2) No, not all kits appear at the same time. There are about 6 offers in the shop and some of them may be kits (as shown here). You can refresh the shop if you do not want any of the kits available.
