The developers focused on replacing the flash in the steam version with HTML5, now they will focus on other things like skins, the new interface and bugs.

I'm not saying they are weak now but they used to be strong before. Anyways, Railgun is still weak and that's sad because it's my favorite turret.

It was very useful, it was even better than the EMP one.

Before the critical update, Railgun's status effect augments applied the effect every time you hit an enemy. There is no way they are stronger now. Critical shots are unreliable, you don't know when you are gonna get one which makes the gameplay depend on luck. The last time Railgun was playable was when we had the old Hornet OD.

Railgun is still weak, the critical damage doesn't change much (it simply made the status effect augment worse)

It makes sense to me, at least for the time being because as of now Railgun is unplayable ?

You can call it a theory, it's not really an "accurate explanation" to this change.

The main reason Railgun is bad in MM is because there are too many Falcon users right now. So by making Railgun weaker, the number of Falcon modules should decrease. I am not saying this is what they thought but it's a possibility.

I don't think replacing them all at once is a good idea, perhaps 2-3 at once would be better.

I do agree that Railgun is weak but perhaps the developers are trying to decrease the number of Railgun users in MM which will result in less Falcon module users, which might make Railgun playable again.
