How does it work exactly? Is the status effect removed as soon as the isida heals a teammate?

As far as I know there is no way to do so as of now. Hazel said they will fix the issue as soon as flash is removed from steam and I actually believe (and hope) it will happen.

I would make it so the more teammates inside the shield, the less protection it gives to each one. For example, if the Titan user is the only one inside the shield, he gets 90% protection. If there is another tanker with him inside the shield, it gives them 70% and the numbers can change depending on the number of players inside the shield.

Yes it is, I know much more than you do so please.. No it's not and I've explained exactly why in my post. That won't work for a few reasons 1) Too hard to implement. 2) Easy to bypass 3) As I said before, voting yes/no is meaningless. The reasoning is much more important.
