question for anyone to help me figure out what I was wondering was ,, if you turn on OD for hornet in a team battles , do's the other team also get to see your health levels ? also wondering why the heal on OD hornet is filled faster is it based on your kill experience or like the past , on moving around ?

not sure what just happened .. i went into the garage to change alterations and when I went to hit upgrade , this post came up . now i have seen it once before and never noticed anything strange happened , but then I also lost alterations as m2 on a m3 accounts. this time after hitting it I lost my alterations but two. I even closed and refreshed the page it still was not there . I even closed the browser . I waited a few minutes and restarted my account and it returned.. can someone look into why this is happening ?? also you can see It popped up containers when I was in alterations section.. strange for OD are they suppose to reactivate after being destroyed.. what I wondering about is say you have just activated the OD .. then no sooner you get destroyed . when you respond back into the game it gives you the indicator that you still have OD to be activated.. in the past once you activated the OD and you got destroyed you lost the OD .. but now unsure if this still apply's or the new system . where did it been changed or did it ??
