    Cleared client cache and it's still the same. Now I'm uninstalling, deleting appdata and reinstalling... EDIT: Still not working.

    Not loading, and we don't know what's going on, if you're fixing it, or if you're all asleep. Tanki needs a second CM for this Forum so he/she can work when Cedric is not. And there needs to be another line of communication, I suggested the other day a Topic for important news and announcements that doesn't require a new topic where only Cedric and Hazel can post.

    Devs probably like those killers entering Parkour with their drugs to kill others just to improve their K/D. There's no other explanation why this issue still exists. Think bad and you'll probably be right.

    I just checked their videos and they have it correct. Only the English community got the duplicate. I asked about that the same day the 3rd video was posted in Cedric's Office and didn't get a response. It is not Cedric's fault, but it made me chose one wrong answer. Since I knew about this possible mistake, I had it in mind by day 5 and it helped me solving one of the puzzles fast, but then I was stuck with the 'smoky8' image. That 'smoky8' was only good for Smoky M3 owners. The changing 'ru' to 'en' in one of the clues was for experienced 'the game' players. Didn't make sense to me, because I'd already tried both forums with that topic number. The Riddler clue was solved easy by those looking at Cedric making changes to that topic, those who probably have more tools that regular forum users. Unless we play Tanki for years and are familiar with everything, we new players have little chance.
  6. Limited number of Overdrives is a good idea too. If devs don't like my idea or KillerAssasin3's idea, they should at least do this, but maybe give 3 Overdrives to each player. But if you join after minute 10 you'll get 2, and if you join after minute 5 only get 1. My ideas: KillerAssassin3's idea:

This idea is far better than that one. ;) :) But what if there is an unofficial alliance as well as an official alliance, meaning two of the player officially team up and another just teams up unofficially to the team of two? (officially 2v1v1; unofficially 3v1) Or what if that third player officially teams up with the other unlucky guy just to sabotage him, what are you going to do then? (officially 2v2; unofficially 2v1+mult) Now I want to post in the Isida protection topic... :(

    Single modules with higher protection than triple or quadruple modules like that will not help in 1v1 battles. Moreover, those with a bunch of money can own all the many modules, from single to quadruple, while non buyers will be working with one or two quadruple modules.
  12. IDEA 5 - 1 in 10 chance that your tank will selfdestruct instantly when you use Overdose (Overdrive). - 1 in 5 chance that your tank will selfdestruct instantly during Gold Box drop. That will prevent too much drugging when Gold Boxes drop and may include shared Overdose.

Following my IDEA 1, I have some few other suggestions: IDEA 2 - Instead of calling it Overdrive or Zero Supply, the name should be Overdose (OD) - Overdose Self Destruction After 40 seconds of activating Overdose, whether you did or others shared it with you, your tank will selfdestruct. (die) - At second 35 your tank could start shaking or sparking, meaning the end is near. That will be the downside of OD and it will introduce another dynamic to its use. IDEA 3 - Apart from OD activating all supplies, there should also be two special features. - Helium Balloon If you use OD when you're flipped or falling upside down a helium balloon will be deployed to put you upright. - Hang Glider If you use OD after a jump a hang glider will be deployed so you can use it to glide your tank. (New) - Maybe this two can become new special supplies, but only for use with Overdose. You'll get them when you get your rewards of weekly mission, other rewards like events and when you buy Supply Kits, without extra charges. Not for individual purchase and no special keys to use them. (for many reasons) IDEA 4 Give prizes to the best ideas, like 10 of all supplies to the best, 5 to the second and third, 3 from the forth to the tenth. Whether implement or not. Here is my IDEA 1 updated:

I'm opposed to Overdrive, but if you decide to implement it, it should do these things: IDEA 1 - Kills and captures will have no effect in the charge of Overdrive. - Battle Balancing Effect In team battles, it should charge faster for members of the team that has less players. If a battle is 10v9 (100 to 90%), the team with 9 players should see their overdrive charge 10% faster; in 4v3 (100 to 75%), the team with 3 players should see their charge 25% faster. - Drug Addiction Rehabilitation Effect If you don't use supplies, either from garage, pick ups or Overdrive sharing, the charge should charge at full 100% speed (after the Battle Balancing Effect). Each 1 (20%) of the 5 (100%) supplies will slow down the charge for 40 seconds. If you use or pick up one supply the charge will be slowed by 20% for 40 seconds; if you use 3 supplies the charge will slow down by 60 %; if you use 5 supplies because an Overdrive sharing your charge will slowdown 100% for 40 seconds, meaning no charge at all for 40 seconds; and if you had a previous slow down going on that will mean that your charge will become negative (decrease in charge). This effect will allow the SCD to have a more linear cooldown numbers. - The charge can continue up to 400% so you can save Overdrive for later use. That means there will be an Overdrive cooldown as well. And there should be a negative charge up to -400% - No initial cooldown on supplies. - No after death or self destruction cooldown. - For all these to work there should be a sign that let your team mates know you have 100% charge ready to use, maybe you can activate that sign with the 0 key. They'll decide weather to get close to you or not. Maybe key number 6 should be used for these and second press of key 6 activates the Overdos... I mean Overdrive. The Gold Box key could be moved to key 9. - When overdrive is fully charged the the box should light blue. - This could be experimented first with a filter to activate or deactivate.

    They have used a lot of stuff from the English speaking world: The movie director, Spiderman, Google instead of Yandex, this Urban actor who no one knows, Fort Benning, and so on. I'm new so I could have only guessed that M0 and M1 Smoky. I saw that M0 Smoky face before, but I never put attention on the M1. Whoever owns an Smoky M3 I think guessed it in a second, just look at the Smoky M3 and the picture. Not yet, we need to complaint why we didn't get our 20 supplies (each) :P

  19. I like this approach of talking to the community about future updates. Let me think about an Overdrive idea I may like, because the two types "tested" are not good for battle balance, i didn't like them, even though i was good at it, yet many times I forgot to use it. (<--- that could mean that it was another thing to have in mind in the many we already do when battling) Thanks.

    That is a very good point, but there should at least be some balance in that imperfection. For example, Magnum protection is included in only 7 Triple Protections, while Freeze is in 15, and because of that if you want a protection that includes Freeze you'll most like find the protections you are looking for than if you want a protection that includes Magnum. But of course, making more protections with more combinations will increase the number of protections, which is another problem. That's why I think the system needs to change. And M3: Triple = 25 + 25 + 25 = 75 :) Double = 37.5 + 37.5 = 75 :) Single = 75% :o I'd like that to join Fire Wasp battles, just use a single protection against Fire... that will teach them. :lol: I did some clarifications.

    I see a lot of people wanting change, people have proposed many ideas in Ideas and Suggestions about it, many times. I'm gonna list some of them for discussion. Feel free to repost your idea. In my view the current system has many flaws, these are the things I don't like about the current system: - Dozens of modules makes it hard to decide which to buy. - Even if there are many to choose from there are still missing protection combinations. - Once you own more than a handful it is hard to manage them in your garage and it takes time when changing equipment. (this one I'm guessing, because I own only a few). - Many people buy and Micro Upgrade modules for the most commonly used turrets on most situations, making those turrets less effective in all situations. - Because there are too many triple modules today, devs have made fewer modules that include protections for newer turrets like Magnum (7) and Striker (9). (compare those to Fire (12), Shaft (14) and Freeze (15) ) Here are some of the ideas people are suggesting in Ideas and Suggestions: 1. Triple Protection with Single Modules (KillerAssassin3's idea) - Triple protection with 3 Single Modules (3 module slots, 1 for each module) - Up to 50% protection for each module - You can setup your protection anyway you want - You'll be able to buy 1 module for each turret and 1 for mines. - You'll be able to chose 3 of the 14 modules, 1 for each slot. - That'll be your protection. 2. Quadruple Protection with Single Modules (my idea) - Quadruple protection with 4 Single Modules (4 module slots, 1 for each module) - Up to 40% protection for each module. - You can setup your protection any way you want. - You'll be able to buy 1 module for each turret and 1 for mines. - You'll be able to chose 4 of the 14 modules, 1 for each slot. - That'll be your protection. - Even if you change only 1 module of the 4 available, you'll have to wait 5 minutes to make another change to your protection. 3. Custom Modules for Current System (various) - You can choose what protections your module will have when buying it. Probably for an extra cost. - Same system as today. - You'll be able to buy 1 module for each turret and 1 for mines. - You'll be able to chose 3 of the 14 modules to put it in each of the 3 slots.
