    People are cheating for the Crystal missions. They are not cheating Tanki, they're cheating other players. High ranks first play in opposing teams waiting for new players, sometime after you join, after a little multing, they switch teams, and they probably plant more mults in your team to make sure you lose. Apart from multing it also encourages more drugging. And if previously 33% of reward for the losing team was too little, now they'll also be losing the chance to finish a mission in that battle.

    On 1v1 Isida is on level with Freeze and Fire. The problem is healing, that's why 2 or more Isidas in a team are too much.

    Today I managed to not do all my missions. It is hard because I like finishing all of them. I also entered battles where there's only player in the other team, but as soon as I entered I heard the flag being captured and then the player left, that happened twice. I also entered battles like you said just to find high rank druggers. PS: You got easy crystal mission, mine were above 200.
  5. You are right. And the thought of devs making mobile players join any of the random battles just highlights your concern. There's also the issue about cellular connection to the Internet, which in many places is not reliable for a constant connection.

    I think, that is mostly because of supplies and probably when the other team is dominating. And when there are two or more Isidas that are healing each other, yes, I think it's a big problem. But the same happens when there are two drugging Hammers. I think they should nerf healing though so it is harder for two Isidas do healing and attacking efficiently, and because it is unfair when an Isida is healing a Titan that is killing everybody. Damage should stay the same because Isidas need it to attack in DM, 1v1 and when they need to defend themselves. They really needed that buff, and the proof is that people were not using Isidas lately.
  7. Sorry if I sound that way, not my intention. I just think this change will very big and not good for many of us. Remember that we invest a lot of time in our accounts just to advance, There are few battles that you end up enjoying. Buyers that have full garage can do well in any battle they are sent to. We non-buyers will have to exit battles that are not good for our equipment. Of course it 's still a little early to predict many things, that's why i opened this topic just to talk about it. Devs don't come to General Discussion anyway.
  8. Yep, even if you chose your battles carefully. Now imagine random battles with matchmaking where you can't chose a map size, only a mode? Because that is what they're testing now. At least we have an idea of what's coming and can be mentally prepared, i guess.

    I think healing went up a little too much. Damage is good now, like Hazel said Isidas don't have freezing or burning effects; it is not easy to aim, and close range weapons need to be stronger because they can't shoot from across the map or up and down like Shafts and Magnums. You need to be aware of your surroundings and keep your distance from close range tanks. But healing should be nerfed a little. When a team is dominating and Magnums have more freedom, they can cause tremendous damage, creating a big battle imbalance. Same with Shafts.

If you have seen Vlog 131 (jump to 3:10) you'll understand the possible reasoning behind random battles and matchmaking, which is very important for the release of the Mobile version of Tanki, which itself is important for the growth of Tanki or at least to compete with mobile games. Random battles with matchmaking will make the game more simple to attract new players. How will that affect us I think will depend on the matchmaking system.

    Actually you don't get it for free, you have to work hard for them or do some cheating. And with the new variety of missions, if you're not careful you'll be using more supplies than what you get or waste a good amount of time. But free supplies sounds like a good idea now that Premium users are getting supplies as a bonus just for logging in.

    Like Blackdrakon30 said, maybe you need to rethink your expectations. Tanki is a small team company running a complex game, so it is natural that there will be this type of issues. if you don't like issues like this maybe you need to look elsewhere. Not that I want you to leave. It is possible that you did at least 250 kills but the system, the way it's setup, for possibly practical reasons, counted less of your kills. Now there's no way to know for sure about your exact number of kills, because there's no system for that. That's why many suggest to at least do 50 more kills just to be sure. The previous contest i did more than 250 kills to get 3 golds, the count was close to my count, over 250, but later i found out that to receive the golds you at least needed to be a WO1. That rule that didn't make sense to me was hidden in the ToC spoiler. But there's a good reason for that WO1 requirement, Gold Box supply unlocks at WO1. All I ask from them is to make the announcements very clear. Hopefully they'll do that since they like doing this type of contests. At least we learn something about how counting works, i think. Thanks for the info. A lot of people repeat that if you self destruct it doesn't count against your kills. I think they can make the contest using the mission system and when they do this type of contest they add an extra mission that will last for one day and it will show the kill counter. The same system can be used for experience based contests, or whatever contest. Thanks again for sharing the info.

    There's a third concern I have, and that has to do with multing. It may not affect random battles but in custom battles mobile version can become an easy tool to plant a mult in the other team. The same tactic can be used for power leveling. What I'm saying is not to discriminate mobile players, I'm just saying mobile players should play against other mobile players and PC players against PC players. And with the same accounts, so one day you can play mobile and the other day PC. The difference will be that the mobile application (client) will feature simple controls to make playing easy in phones and tablets, but it should block keyboard controls so tablets don't become like PCs with a keyboard add-on. If a mobile version is one of the reason for random battles (matchmaking), then it is not a strong reason and it could cause more problems than solutions for PC gamers.

    I think there is supposed to be only one code, but when they explained codes they inserted videos with codes, now we don't know what is the correct code. They need to make a new video and specify how the code will be presented. They should be inside brackets.

    Are you sure of that? I didn't see any mention of that in the ToC. EDIT: Checked the ToC again and it is not there. But if that's case, then counting your kills with the counter in your profile is not a good indicator unless you finish all your battles, but that's not on the ToC. And what if the battle you entered is not doing well? So, there's a big flaw in this type of contest.

    But all four protections would have a max of 40%. That will help 1v1s where the other player has a protection against your turret. Same with 2v2, 3v3, 4v4... For large battles you'll be better equipped. If today you only have 1 module with a protection that includes Hammer, and let's say that with the nerf to Hammer people stop using that turret, it will be like you only have a module of 2 protections. With the system I'm proposing you can switch a module of Hammer with another one and you're good to go.

    I have some concerns about the Mobile Version: -We will have mobile players in our teams and that will affect negatively the team with more mobile players because they'll not be able to perform as good as in front of a computer. - With the new bonuses for Premium account, which in my opinion is excessive, Premium users can easily log in to the game from anywhere and claim their daily bonuses. The Mobile Version should have its own pool of battles so Mobile players can play against other mobile players, that way it is not as important if this version is harder or easier to play when compared to the standard version. And you can actually focus in making the mobile version more casual. Think big guys and gals. All that using the same accounts of course. And please rethink the premium bonuses.

    Ideas for Maps!

    I think they said they are not interested in maps for now in the 1st Livestream, because right now they are focusing in the HTML5 Tanki and many other changes for Tanki. And the way the Ideas section is setup doesn't help the ideas for maps, supplies, missions, etc, because they all go into a basket topic that few people follow.

    Because I want to avoid Crystal Missions, CP, DM and TDM missions. And from those some are worse than others for me, so if I change a mission and get one that is worse, with the Undo Button I can change it back. It takes long time to finish missions, there is no time for fun. By the way, what is fun? I think the said something about it in either last week's vlog or the livestream. I think they are coming soon, so don't rank up.

    Cedric, we need filters for map sizes (small/medium/large), because some of us are not equipped for all map sizes, and with the new long brackets it is hard to find battles we can do well in. The same filters will be needed for the Matchmaking system. Thanks. EDIT: I have the same freezing problems. I had to close the client after every battle. I think Chat should be the default and the "!" will be enough to know there's new news.

    @ fellow tankers With the new Crystal Missions you have to be very careful about picking your battle, because if you lose you'll get very little crystals. Haven't experience losing yet because I was winning with a little drugging. But I'm seeing people abandon battles when they are losing, which will be worse for the losing team. If you're a low rank please don't enter battles of higher ranks because you'll make your team lose. When people see a low rank in one of the teams they'll join the other team. @ devs With the new variety of missions, and Undo Button is so much needed: #ChangeCrystalToExperienceMission
