That's the end result of those "Finish 3 battles in x." TO really needs to change it so there's an activity component like in the Challenges ie it only counts if you earn about 90 (?) points.

I don't think that's that bad. At Lt Colonel I was being whipped left and centre by Generals, didn't get much chance to kill any junior ranks. And anyway, didn't OKDad70 always say GS was meaningless.

The last few battles haven't been great - about half a dozen with just 2 stars or none at all. But considerably fewer deaths than with Twins, as you don't have to be right up against the enemy with Thunder. No, I committed a cardinal sin and bought a kit from the shop with M3 instead of wasting time MUing the M2.

Not used it in months and wanted a sniping turret but it was the only thing I had that wasn't M0. Not enough crystals to buy the M3 so gonna MU it as quick as I can without buying. No one mentioned it, but then just as well half the team these days speaks Russian....

Based on Congo Spider's view of the Sledgehammer alt, I took a gamble on it for my M2 Thunder 3/10. Quite a respectable score - joint 2nd place, 2x flags, 6 stars and a gold box. Much better than I thought an M2 Thunder would do.

Just been on a Cologne CTF. My team (red) useless. I grabbed a flag from the blue base and got back to the red base, and my team are all huddled in one corner of the road to the side of the base. Team Chat "Gold pls" "Gold pls" "Gold pls" Not one of them did anything to stop blues coming and killing me and taking the flag back. Posted "CRAP TEAM" in chat and left the battle. Gold Boxes are ruining this game. The irony is GB are only worth 1,000 points - they could pretty much earn that by getting off their arses and actually fighting.

I did that today on a Polygon CTF. I was on the platform to the side of the blue base where there's a slope the reds try to come up. A Railgun Hornet and another tank came up, and the Rail tried to kill me but failed. I started to shoot with Twins heavy plasmagun, but realised he'd get another shot in before I could kill him. So I shoved him off the edge instead. Brings out the in me.
