This is the reason why online tanki became a P2W game and the community is getting smaller and smaller.

Im still a new player so take this possibly with a grain of salt. How many hours do most people play TO? Probably most are in the hundreds with any in the thousands. If you were to buy a game for say PS4, you'd pay $60 and get maybe 50 hours of gameplay. You can easily play TO for 50 hours for free and not miss out at all...heck you can play for maybe 100 hours. If, say you spent $20, one third of the price of a normal game, you could spring forward with days of bonuses. To ask for hours of fun for free is a lot and compared to other games, TO is super cheap...even moreso if you count the amount of time spent -
Ah, yes. I ranked to WO5 and immediately the kit showed up. I wouldnt have considered it, but it was discounted. I am just wondering at how convenient it was to be discounted at the time I leveled up. Im still not sure if Im communicating my question well, so if it doesn't make sense, don't worry. I do have a question about hulls. I thought the spectrum of light to heavy was wasp, hornet, hunter, viking, dictator, titan, mammoth, but it seems wasp and hornet have the same armor early and wasp has more armor late, and hunter has the same armor as viking. Is there basically no differences besides looks among the different hull types?

I actually just got the Rail/Hornet M2 kit for 65% off. Is it normal for specials to randomly show up right when I can buy them. Looking forward to getting butt kicked in xp battles

Not sure if this is the right area for this, but in my limited experience, supplies already play a huge role in battles. Even with just overdrive, it seems that a good 1/3 of tanks I run into have full supplies, which makes them 4x more powerful than a tank without any. I've read several of the pages here but not all, so maybe this has been suggested, but what if supplies were changed from 2x power or armor to maybe +50% or 30%. This would make them still play a role in battles without making battles so swingy and many times one sided. Thoughts?

Interesting, thanks for answering. My reasons for asking is that Im still ironing down which combos to upgrade. I like both Wasp and Hornet, and it seems Viking is popular so Ill probly stick with those for now. As for turrets, Im not sure how much I'll be able to afford, but Id like a short medium and long range option. So far Im Firebird and shaft for short and long. The midrange option is still open. I know railgun is very popular and smokey always seems to kill me. But Thunder also appears a lot. I see Twins sometimes but never really got into that

Clearly. Ok you called me out on my limited knowledge. Well played. I have pretty much seen every turret and hull played and besides supplies being the deciding factor in pretty much most games, could you elaborate on what you mean. I thought hammer was a short range weapon and shaft being long. Of those weapons, which would be the stronger ones? Forgive me if I'm asking too many questions...trying to learn quickly

Two things: First, is there a place to discuss things like this? I think TO is one of the most balanced games I've played, which is somewhat limited, but even so, is there a place to bring up suggestions? Onto this topic: I enjoy using both close and long range weapons, but cant seem to find a midrange one that I enjoy. They seem to be Smokey, Thunder, Twins, and Ricochet unless Im missing one. How do there compare to each other and what roles do they play. Lets just assume all the same mod level

So would the cost of Muing be about the same as waiting to buy the next one? If so why would I not do that?

Consider those articles read. Which server do most english speakers play on. I've been on the UK server but it seems most ppl chat in Russian so it makes communicating difficult unless I learn the language Quick addition: Micro upgrades. I understand they made a modification better, but when I actually buy the next mod, do the upgrades fall off or do they roll over. When should I purchase them

So basically a first time poster here. Ive been reading part of this topic to find the answers I need so I wouldn't have to ask but...well, 2000 pages lol. I've recently been switching to playing more light hulls as theyre just more fun for me, but I seem to die...a lot. Getting a positive k/d ratio is so tough now. How should hornet and wasp be used differently? Do they typically have different roles or not. Second, I play with firebird and shaft mostly now, though smokey is growing with me. Same question concerning the close range weapons, do fire, freeze, and isida have different roles or is it mainly preference?

How would you say it is unbalanced. I've been testing a lot of turrets since Im relatively new and some haven't stuck, but others seem to use a variety of hulls and turrets. The only thing that seems bad is how powerful supplies are. I've gotten frustrated several times by people who just wont let their tank die. If these "drugs" were less powerful, I cant say theres anything I dont think is awesome with this game. Oh, and no one speaks English so I have no friends either
