    You can't beat them anyway. They just walk backwards until you get tired and then they crush you
  2. Not to disagree with you but since MM I am playing vs a lot of legends with m4s, so to counter that I have used a ton of Titan and it seems to work. Also, at what rank do ppl only have 1 combo. Most ppl I have met have too many combos early on so they cant buy m3s later on. Also, slowing down xp gain will mean more ppl will have more combos earlier

    The thing about balancing is that it works best when you make small changes and can then sit back and observe how those changes affect the gameplay. I actually think the Isida change was a good first step. As for those who say that freeze buff was not too much, how do you explain the like 1000 damage compared to 800 give or take for fire. I use both, and understand the afterburn, but freeze does so much more damage. I have actually enjoyed playing with it lately and will use it until ppl start getting protections for it. All in all tho, if it is just a first step to rebalance, it was a good step

    Post balance metagame

    So Isida has been slightly nerfed and Freeze has been heavily buffed. What will the new game look like? Which turrets get better and which if any get worse. Do you think that Freeze is in a good place now or was the buff too much? I am thinking that this has actually made fire better as well as any other turrets that always face protection. If people are wearing Freeze Prot, that will be one slot that cannot be used against the normal Thunder, Rail, Twins, or Fire. I think those turrets might do better, especially Fire now that the Isida nerf took place. I am glad Freeze was buffed, though 900-1000 damage is a ton compared to the other turrets

  6. I actually like where smoky is. Maybe it is a bit weak, idk but lets say it is for argument. Because of this no one uses smoky protection, which makes it OP compared to others such as thunder and rail...I basically only use smoky in drug battles now

    These are much better helps than I was expecting. Does anyone know why some players, like Spy use Wasp for esports, but seem to use hornet for normal matches. Is there a time and place that each one is better?

    So I've played a decent amount of XPBP, and can sometimes end up top in a 4v4 sandbox game, but lately I've been trying different maps and playing smaller games and I'm realizing I am just trash at it. What are ways to improve my game to the next level. OBviously time is needed, but I think playing team games is not helping me get better. I've determined to play 1v1s until I improve, but those are tough as most players are dirtbags when they win 5-2. I suppose my question is, do I simply need to keep playing 1v1s or smaller games and just hope that in time I can improve, or is there a better way to do it?

    So, this was right after restart, so not many people were on, which might be why it worked. We did win both, but just by a few CP points because the enemy was busy racking up a good d/l while we capped. My d/l was like .4 or something and it 6 non legends playing with 10 other legends, so it felt like we had an uphill battle and just got lucky

    1. MM actually works really well for me now. The battles have felt tough mostly and more even than they used to. No more battles of 10-4 players. My clan even made 2 groups of 3 and joined at the same time and ended up on the same team. 3. The Pro pass is paid off after 2 days of playing missions alone. If you play any other battles you will pay it all off very quickly. The cost is negligable

    I would actually disagree with parts of this. THis game is made of young ppl mostly, so there is always going to be some who cant talk and some who just rage or taunt. However, I have been having so much fun with my clan and occassionally meet some other good ppl around. If you want a smaller community, play a specific format. Play lots of polygon CP and you will meet repeating players
  13. Guys I cannot remember if Ive posted this or not, but will they ever increase the battle group size above 3? Is there a specific reason this size was chosen or was it just a number that was picked Also, and I totally forgot I literally just posted here a few minutes ago. I have a friend who just told me today that long ago he had an account that got banned while he was asleep. Hes pretty young so he never knew how to get it back. Who can I pm about it?

    Two problems: Firstly sometimes, when I change equipment, my tank will not spawn in. It did not used to happen, only in the last month or two. I refresh in order to fix it, but obviously that can take several minutes. Second, lately maybe every other day, all my settings will reset. I will have to rechange all my controls back to their desired settings
  15. Most hulls have a point, if...you do something to make viking and titan a bit less strong. Stability is nice but when you could be fast, why worry about being stable....neither of them flip much anyway

    Good point in the first paragraph. This last week, good players in normal battles have been making 1-2k per game, which is insane. As for the second, drones dont really change the game that much. I have 700 batteries but keep forgetting to use them since they only add small increase in power, which is good
  17. Bruh, your k/d is 3.8. Either you are killing everyone despite said imbalances and therefore are not suffering because of them, or you are being the type of person you criticize...or maybe you just have skills, but hardly anyone has skills early on...certainly not me

    Railgun works at many distances, not just long, but it is tough to cap with it. I do think that any combo can be used to cap flags. I've even capped flags with isida mammoth...now to be fair, the map was island and there no other players, but I still did it

    Ok, Ricco vs Smoky. Both seem to occupy the mid field game quiet well. Like twins they can take on opponants 1v1 and win. Smoky seems a bit weak but noone uses protection against it. What does Ricco bring to the field that smoky does not?

    About how to promote and support a fair-play game style

    I agree that especially in xpbp, players can be garbage and some games are ruined by this. One suggestion that I have thought of is to have a setting that will make all players pay a fund into the battle fund upon entering...say, maybe 50 crystals. Therefore, if they leave, they not only lose their fund but also that 50 that they added into the battle. Long polygon games where people come and go would reward players for sticking to the end. Also, if you want a fair game, play shorter ones. XP to 5-7 flags keeps games from being too one sided. I would also consider not capping a flag when possible as multing. So if one team is winning 6-0 in a 7 flag game, but they won't cap so they can rack up easy kills...that should be considered illegal play

    Sometimes I go hours without getting a kill with my smoky, but thats usually because either im not playing tanki or I'm using another turret, so I feel your pain

    What do you think about the Smoky alt that increases its reload time but also increases damage. It basically makes it a pseudo railgun. Is it worth buying?
  23. Idk if you just made this up or not, but if this is true, and it makes sense, then this is a really good way of dividing funds. I actually really like the way they have changed how funds are divided in normal battles now. Well done taking math and making it easy to understand

    "Rofl stomped" I love this phrase. Pretty sure this will always be the case. Some players have good gear, some don't. Some have skill...some don't. Some can drug, some cant. Some are grown up and can make tactical decisions...some cant. All of these factors means that some ppl will always do better or worse than others...now driving around and dying should be considered multing tho
