They can, they just need to use OP Thunder or Smoky instead of UP Rail or Shaft. Rico is now more like Twins, better in short range, worse in medium range. Believe me or not, I started to use M1,3 Smoky instead of M2,1 Rico because that Smoky is better...

How do you want to create 7 different overdrives which are perfectly balanced? Devs have problems with balancing Shaft and Rail (both of them are UP and need buff) so good luck with overdrives...

Magnum is finally balanced... Just buff Rail and Shaft, nerf modules and drones and this game would be perfect.

Nuclear box is nothing special. It just gives you OD. Gold box is worth much more than OD. -

Smoky was buffed. It can now kill these Firebirds across the map easily. Some players just do not know about huge Smoky buff or they have not bought it yet or they use Thunder which is as OP as Smoky. -
Tanki is fun only with OP Thunder or Smoky and lots of drugs.

Magnum was nerfed. It is not OP anymore.

I sometimes kill an enemy with 35+ protection so I do not think that it is a waste of time and/or energy. Players are usually damaged so they can often be quite easy to kill.

After Magnum nerf, players NEED only 2 modules against OP Thunder and Smoky. The 3rd module is just a bonus one... -
Parkour would be just too easy with this alteration xD
