  1. From previous Community Events however, I'd say there's a fair chance that the battle link will also be posted in the accompanying livestream chat, but it'd just be easier to follow the link through the Events chat channel.
  2. AP Gauss isn't too great because it only applies the status effect to the individual hit (not others in the splash radius), so I would hope not to see the same mechanics on Electromagnetic Salvo... Then again, everyone will disagree with me because I'm a user of the augment and y'all aren't...
  3. What's the point in trying to participate? I'll probably just get kicked from the battle for some reason anyways, not worth my time.

    [Forum Game] Avoid The Question

I heard that it's healthy to go outside...Idk about that, I'm living just fine. What type of music is your favorite to listen to?
  5. I enjoy this game so little these days that I renamed my account from my beloved "Mr.Nibbles" name to be a way of saying goodbye, as I basically don't play it anymore. I got so bored of seeing the same scenarios within every Matchmaking battle I played, and I can't handle playing this game without going insane from boredom.

    Railgun HD

"Stun Rounds" for Railgun? Might as well name it "Another Nail in the Coffin" (because that's what it is)

What changes would YOU like to see in Tanki?

I'd love to see a better support system for YouTubers creating content for the game. I think the support that currently exists is great if you have a large channel, but for YouTubers just starting out (averaging only a few hundred views per month), they don't qualify for any support, and that's a bit demeaning. I've personally seen a multitude of small channels with only a couple dozen/hundred subscribers, but their videos are on par/better than some much larger channels that are receiving support through the YouTuber TO system, and it's sad to see that their efforts aren't getting them some worthwhile support. Specifically speaking, I think the YouTuber TO system should continue rewarding promo codes based on views, but in addition to that, I think the system should also reward content creators based on the number of videos created, regardless of their view counts (in an attempt to reward the effort of such people). Now, that could pose the situation where people are abusing the system, and just creating a plentiful number of videos but not putting a decent amount of effort into them, so to combat that, there should be a sort of "tier" system (further outlined in the spoiler below, if you're looking for more information). Of course, this should also come with the ability for ANY Player to link an accompanying YouTube channel to their account on the YouTuber TO website, without needing to meet a requirement to do so (currently, you have to reach 5,000 views within a 30-day time frame in order to be allowed to apply to join the program, but with the changes being made, that rule should be abolished). In addition to those possible rewards for all content creators, I think there should be some sort of prize to be won by a channel of any size, through some sort of randomizer. For example, a raffle could be held each month that any YouTuber that uploaded at least one video could be entered into, and have a prize like some special promo code that includes two weeks of Premium (for example) up for grabs for whomever manages to be selected. I think this would both be fair for all content creators (and would interest people in the art of making videos), while also not heavily costing the game, either monetarily or reputationally. That's just one idea for a prize however, maybe something even larger (like access to Spectator Mode for the next 30 days) could be offered, and that'd for sure increase the interest of Players by a wide margin. I hate to mention rivaling games within this Forum, but I think it's important to recognize what a game like Tanki's direct competitor, MyTanks, is doing to support their content creators. Without getting into specifics, that game provides similar support to ALL YouTubers that make videos about the game (big and small), and that's definitely been an incentive I've seen for content creators to make content about that game. I think if Tanki were to do something similar, more people would be interested in making content for the game, and that's honestly a form of marketing without any true cost if you think about it, as it engages a community of both newcomers and long-time Players of the game. While we're on the topic of rivaling games, I think the rule listed regarding not creating videos about direct competitors of Tanki is rather harsh, and has the potential of pushing away content creators that are thinking about creating videos for this game, so this rule should be abolished. On top of it being a bit confusing as to why Tanki is limiting the creativity for supported creators, it's also baffling that the rule only applies to direct competitors of the game, and not all other games in general. For example, someone could make a video about Fortnite on their supported Tanki channel just to try something new and fun, and not face any consequences leading to the loss of support for their channel, whereas a content creator that does the same with a differing game like MyTanks isn't as fortunate. I think the rules should be more fair in this regard, and content creators should only be punished with a loss of support if they're bad-mouthing Tanki in their videos, not if they're just merely uploading content about another game. I created content based around this game ever since 2014, and if I'm being completely honest, the support I've received throughout that time frame was demoralizing, as I felt most of my efforts were going to waste, as the only channels receiving any form of true support from the game were ones averaging very high numbers of views. I personally know how hard it was to build my first channel from scratch, up until meeting some unfortunate circumstances around the 3,000 subscriber mark that left me having to create a completely new channel to continue my passion for content creation, having to build a whole new channel from scratch, and I think that this experience, for other people, could lead to their giving up on creating content, as growth can be stagnant at times, especially in the early days of one's channel. However, I think that providing a more widespread support for content creators could provide incentive to people battling the will to give up after such a circumstance, and keep them on the track of making videos. I've personally always remembered how hard it was for me to get where I am today with my channel, and because of that, I've always tried helping up-and-coming YouTubers, not only because I want to see more exciting content being made, but also because I know how joyous I was when a few of my closest YouTuber friends back in the day (shout out to @muffinman361) did the same for me, and it lit a fire within to continue down a path towards growing my channel. If I'm being boldly obvious, I really don't enjoy this game at all, and I don't appreciate the outcomes of some encounters I've had within this game, but nonetheless, I wish to continue seeing people making content for the game, and finding success because of it.

    Hot Sales

You have a full Mk7 garage, I don't believe the sales are intended for your demographic... I don't believe any amount of sales or free stuff coming Players' way will turn things around for the game...Ultimately, it's cool to see that free-to-play Players are being thought of, but none of the recent changes they've made have affected Matchmaking more than just slight adjustments, so it's just the same game that we're playing, and I know a lot of Players are being pushed away due to pure boredom of the same Matchmaking system time and time again. There needs to be some changes made to make the game more interesting, not just handing out free stuff to Players and expecting that to increase their enthusiasm and interest towards the game. They acknowledged this, but I almost guarantee they won't completely shift the times of these sales by upwards of 12 hours (to make them occur at a time that is optimal for Players in the Americas), so it's still not going to help such Players. With eSports within the game, they went from having match times at a cut-and-dry 17 UTC to being open any time from around 15-16 UTC until 19-20 UTC, which shows their flexibility (and that's appreciated), but again, that doesn't help Players in the Americas that have school/work during that time period, and I think the same will be held true for these "Hot Sales." I guess people from that area will just have to disrupt their attention from their classes/work in order to take advantage of the sales, as I don't see having sales around 2 UTC being something that'll occur...

    Give Me A Refund!

I remember trying to retract a purchase on my older @Mrs.Nibbles account back in the day, this contest sounds like a fun way to work on my persuasion skills related to that (for when I create a time machine, and can use those skills at that point)
  16. Can winners opt to receive a standard, non-animated paint available from containers instead of an animated paint if they earn the Third Place position and choose such?
  17. Congrats to @thunderhunter123 on becoming a Forum Mod candidate I still remember how many topics you created that I had to merge about the addition of Thunder shot effects, hopefully they come out soon for your sake ? Congrats to @Ironmantonystark too, on joining the same team
  18. Congrats ahi @Vegas So many of my friends are in the Contest Organizer squad ?

    Ideas for Maps!

I like the concept, but there potentially becomes a problem for people that like getting high-kill games, as a lower number of players in battle or a lower player density would most likely lead to high-kill games being much more difficult, and people that like playing for that sole purpose probably wouldn't be appreciative of the change as a result.

    Complaint Book

On top of the colors for the new Forum site being an extremely poor choice, it's no longer possible to see which sections have new content for those people that have read all new posts in a specific Forum section (for example, I regularly check all new Forum posts in the "Parkour" section, but now I don't have an easy way of determining if there are new posts). Please do something about this! Edit: There's obviously still the "chat blurb" icon that turns white as opposed to green, but it used to highlight the entire section image in a darker grey color when fully read as opposed to the normal light grey, that should be implemented within the new Forum too.
