About clan licenses, only a HANDFUL of veteran, well-established clans will get licenses. We're giving these out so that they can help us test the system, so that the rest of you can then get a proper and polished product. This is common practice in all industries.

You mean you tried logging out, deleting browser cache, and then logging back in? Also, bear in mind that today we were undergoing maintenance, as was announced on the homepage and on the forum.

I'm afraid only PayGarden can resolve this issue. We're only a front for their services.

Nobody has taken that experience away from you. You're free to have your forum clan anytime you want. But this system will give you an official clan with added functionalities and perks.
