I am shaft player myself and I've been through some tournaments. So, you say shaft not worth playing if it can not one-shot-kill enemy tank? I am sorry but you doing it wrong. Shaft is excellent weapon to finish enemy off not shooting in enemy face standing under fire. Having 3~4 sec to pump up your power is incredible for the task and 7~8 reload time wll give you chance to relocate and pick up some boxes without loosing your DPM. Can you do that with current shaft? Yes you can, but you will loose your DPM while moving and you are taking additional damage while standing still. Besides, reload+aiming time has not been changed. If you like to stand still.. well.. this is a gamplay we do not want to encourage anymore. One thing about that car everybody always brings in as an example. If I refund you taking away, let's say, 20 km/h of your car what should I do if I give you additional 20 km/h? Should I just take your money saying nothing? Kinda double edged sword thing if you ask me. Anyway, this is not what we call rebalance as it planned be. This is just a preparation. A few thing we can do to fix current problems on physics release. Actual balancing is still planned afterwards.

Yup. It will make Twins good vs heavy tanks and will make Ricochet good vs light tanks. Also, Twins can do just as good head to head while ricochet can land more shots on target from afar due to easier aiming.

A few things I want to explain: 1) Twins projectile speed will be slower, but still faster then projectile speed of current ricochet. This will change twins effectiveness vs light hulls but that is pretty much it. 2) Ricochet projectile speed will be as fast as projectile speed of current twins. Better vs light hulls, still as bad vs heavy hulls. 3) Twins rate of fire will be 180.2 regardless of modification. 4) Freeze will freeze (lol) as fast or even faster then its doin currently (subject to change). What will be changed is unfreezing time. 8 seconds is too much, will be change to 4. Meens that tank will be unfreezed 4 seconds after you stop your attack. 5) Railgun won't be nerfed by Shaft. Rail can perform much better in CQC then shaft. Keep in mind that Shaft aiming slows down almost as it does right now, but over 3 seconds and every light hull (wich is primary target for shaft) will be much faster. And yeah, no refunds.

I do understand everybody would like a refund but it will never happen from now on. This got nothing to do with US not listening YOU. Problem is — every refund ruining the game. I can put aside technical problems, which are important nevertheless, and bring up economical problems. Refund with rebalance was not an easy decision and we had serious problems afterwards. Remember update 123? You do not think that theese two releases was not connected, do you? Every refund WILL bring another "update 123" because refund ruining the game economy. You asking us to refund at physics update though we not changing entire economy and leveling system, we just fixing gameplay as it should be fixed long time ago. This is balancing, NOT rebalance. Now, I am not asking you if you want refund or not, we are clear here that you do. What I am asking you is do you want another update 123? If you ask me, having something like we've done with funds is far less fair then not giving you another refund.

I can change my nickname on forum. Hazel-Rah in russian will be "Opex-Pax". When I registered in game I used first part in rus and second in eng. Just for lulz, you know? Now my nickname localized for this forum and weird word "Opex" will no longer freak anybody :) Avatar is my personal.

I am not much of a video maker. So... there is alot of descussion on russian forum for all of that swinging stuff. Interesting that I can't see it here. Anyway, working on it right now. Just thought you players would like to know.

One thing is completely not covered in this video. What about swinging your hull to expand your turret elevation? You don't use that at all or something?

Micro upgrades are on hold until new Physics. New Physics is on hold until collison model is fixed.

I see a lot of people missed that open test completely. New physics are now on hold until collision model is fixed and I can't really tell you when will be the next open test, but I'll see what can be done there. Maybe another open test might happen just for the sake of it :) Not saying it will happen though.

According to your feedback We made some changes to Wasp, Hunter, Dictator, Viking, Freeze and Twins.
