    Why non-buyers hate buyers?

I don't hate buyers, even though I don't buy myself (for now anyway :P). If you have enough skill, you can beat anyone. For Example: I once 2v2d a fully-upgraded Minotaur kit (Essentially Twins and Viking m3) with Railgun m1 and Hornet m2 and won. He drugged massively and still managed to lose before rage-quitting. The reason? The noob didn't turn his turret. You'd get enough free time to make sure you hit him and then run before he had maneuvered his tank around to fire. Some massive buyers have a k/d lower than 1.5. You can buy many things with money, but you cannot buy skill. Many tankers believe that owning OP equipment automatically makes you OP. This is definitely not the case. Also, the other reason I don't hate buyers is because they actually keep the game alive. No buyers = No Tanki. Interestingly enough, one of the biggest tanki buyers I know is actually @Hate. I guess he knew beforehand what would happen if he bought.

10K Event (Gold Rain) Forum Page

New Hardrive incoporated! I thought I'd broken it as I accidentally ripped the cover off while removing its outer case, but so far so good :P. "A Smonky is ready" :D
  3. I believe I posted this idea before the ability to buy kits in the shop was implemented. This idea should only be used to buy Gold Supplies and Crystals for another player and possibly (as Dage suggested) paints (the paints available to buy in-shop like Neuron, Domino etc).

I missed Gold rains 2 and 3? My hardrive broke yesterday, I'm gutted to have missed the one today :P. Make sure to invite me to the 4th (if there is one).
  5. Also, you would be able to see whether a Moderator was online or not by simply viewing their profile, which would defeat the object of Moderators not friending players (so they can remain incognito).

    Celebrate ranking

I thought of something similar a few days ago. Brain lagging a bit, missed the chance to post this idea. Very well thought out though, it would be nice if this was included.

Episode 108 of the V-LOG is here

Solution to your drug needs: Be more active, complete Week 4 numerous times in succession. I do this. Result: I have never bought a single drug and currently I have 130 Repairs, 700 of Damage and Armor, 800 Speeds and 1.3k Mines. And honestly, I do like to drug :P
  8. 1/10 I think I saw you in a gold rain before, I think that warrents a 1 :P.

    New In-game gift

Wouldn't an achievement (such as one for using 50 Gold Supplies) make players more willing to drop golds than a gift?

Buying items for other players as gifts (for money only)

"Who want 99999 crystals?" says a Master Sergeant. A young Warrant Officer 1, who has just made his first big purchase (Savage kit) has had his appetite whetted for more m1s. "Talk in PM" says the Sergeant. The Warrant Officer, who is blissfully unaware that he is about to bring about the downfall of his Tanki career , agrees to give the Sergeant his password. The Sergeantt departs abrubtly. Later on that day the Warrant Officer tries to log in. Wrong password. He tries again and again, with no success. He looks ready to cry, closes his laptop's lid and walks away, never to return to Tanki Online. [broken image removed] I know that most accounts are linked to emails, so this example isn't really valid for higher ranks. But even so, the new "co-owner" could do a lot of damage to the account. He could (for example) get the account banned in numerous ways. He could spam kill it, crystal feed from it, afk firewasp using it, mult using it and even try and exchange it (and ending up with a ban). Not to mention just being irritating by kicking you out of battles by logging in. Such could be the damage done if one gives away one's password to allow a "buyer" to boost your account's crystal value. Scammers are very common on Tanki Online, full of rosy promises of wealth. I always see them when I'm chatting on an EN server, trying to trick someone into giving them their password. The Idea But what people could buy items for you while not having access to your account? This is what my idea is about, to introduce a way to send other players buyer items (such as Gold Supplies, Premium accounts and crystals). It would make a scammer's story fall apart, as one could simply tell them to send you the items from their account. You might be thinking "So basically he's re-introducing the idea of sending crystals from account to account?" The answer is no. This sending of items will still cost someone real money, and it's basically the same as logging in to someone's account and buying it for them there, but sans the password-giving part, which means 1) you won't be breaking rules by sharing accounts and 2) there will be an opportunity to make a Tanker's day (such as their birthday) even more special. You would be able to send a small message along with the gift. Here's how I think it could be implemented into Tanki Online. Step 1: Clicking the "Shop" button will open up a box, as shown below. Exactly the same as the previous box, but it contains a "Recepient's Nickname" box as well, where you can type the name of the lucky tanker you're going to send it to. If you're buying for yourself, just type in your own nickname and you will be taken directly to the shop. If you're buying for another Tanker, another box will appear as in step 2. Step 2: Then, like a standard gift, you will be able to write a short message to the Tanker you're sending the gift to. You will then enter the shop. Receiving The Gift You would receive it like a regular gift, as shown below. If, for some reason you failed to claim it, it would be stored in a special pop-up box which could be accessed from a button located next to the "Daily Missions" button. I think this idea would reduce scams drastically. If you like this idea and want it to be included, please like and comment. Please leave feedback. Thanks! As stated by @fordmustang12345, this idea could make giving out Youtube contest rewards much easier.
