grobartenkova and RustyNail, if you play PRO battles, MU's are out of question. After that, Mammoth+Vulcan being OP really depends on what type of map is being played. That combo will be pretty useless in maps like Dusseldorf, Noise, Hill, Island, etc. So, if you go against a drugging kit buyer vulcan in an open map, you are basically inviting you own loss. In any case, what you are saying has some substance. I hope the developers make kits a bit cheaper and rank limits a bit higher than they are now.

I don't know if you know this, but Tanki is a young project and is still in development phase. The discounts and contests are marketing techniques to keep players interested in game. The Developers need to find a perfect balance for number of sales given. Too many sales will cost them their income as there will be no need to buy any crystals. Too less sales will cost them players as it will become impossible to earn crystals and buy enough equipment. Hence, we have seen a change in frequency of sales and events like double battle funds over a past few months. Winners of contests will always be less. As I said before, if you are losing contents, then improve yourself. I still find many ways of earning crystals like contests in Press section. I agree that number of official contests need to be increased, but I guess development of unity version is giving them less time to organise such contests. If you need crystals, then play. Play PRO battles which give you big rewards.

Maybe, the problem is with your keyboard. Try it in other games and programs.

1. Kits are not as expensive as you think. You can easily buy a kit when one or more items in it goes for discount. 2. Do remember that only 3 months have passed since the beginning of new year. You should be more than grateful for this overwhelming frequency of discounts. Daily bonus also helps a lot, and if you get a DCC, you shouldn't be sad because one day you might need it. The daily missions will be better because they will encourage players to do something they do anyway, i.e. Play the game and they will get rewards. 3. If everyone won a contest, then it wouldn't really be a contest at all. If you lose once, try to improve yourself and keep trying until you succeed. 4. If someone plays a lot, then he doesn't need to buy at all, since crystals earn from battle funds are more than enough to buy good equipment at one's rank. Buyers are usually people who can't play a lot and want to have the best equipment anyway. The Game is not perfectly balanced and it shouldn't be. If everyone is equally powerful, then all games would become boring. A slight imbalance in power is exciting and unpredictable.

It doesn't matter how high the battle fund was. If you left battle at your own discretion then no one can help you. Just to give you an example, I was once in a battle with 400k battle fund. I had an exrltemely good score and would have won 45-50k but I had to leave beacause it was late night and server restart was 4 hours later. I did not get a single crystal out of that battle. This is the reason you should avoid going into long battles. Tanki is developing a new system which would save your score, so if you enter the same battle later your score would remain same. As of now, you won't get any crystals from that battle. Sorry.

Good! Then go for XP. If possible, buy M2 firebird too. It works well with Hornet in Polygon CP and other maps with similar gameplay.

At your rank, unless you MU it a bit, hornet will be useless. Of course, if you play PRO battles, then hornet is recommended. But if you do not, then a medium hull like Hunter would probably be best suited to the turrets that you want to buy. You turret priority should be made while keeping in mind your gameplay style. So, I could advise you better if you tell me your gameplay style.

From what you say, I can tell that the problem is with your computer. It's processor must be slow and not able to process huge amounts of data. Try to play using standalone flash player. You can find more information on it here . Secondly, try to close all applications and processes while playing Tanki. To do so, open task manager. Go to processes tab and close all processes other than browser which you are using and system processes.

Yes, it's about Tanki favouring buyers too much. My counter statement was that kits can even be bought by non buyers (pretty easily), so Tanki is not favoring buyers by a huge extent.

Don't be so sure. Star ladder was relatively new at that time. There has been a distinct increase in its popularity in Season 3.
