Are you even listening to yourself? The kit is opening at Field Marshall. That is the third last rank in the game. Even the poorest soul in Tanki will use an M3 combo at that rank. That kit is not at all overpowered.

It was removed because it clashed with concept of relative experience and rank. If a person has a higher rank, he/she will be considered to have relatively more experience than a low ranked person. But, if someone can buy experience then even a high ranked player can be inexperienced. Due to this, high ranked player's lost their respect. This is why buying experience was removed. With Hammer, you will need a well protected hull (preferably, hunter). If you have a light hull, Firebird would the the better choice.

Paul, it won't collapse back. The outer layers will float away (evaporate). The core will be left as a white dwarf.

I would suggest Ricochet. You will be able to use props and buildings to ricochet your shots. Thunder will just increase chances of self damage. So, I would go for Ricochet.
