Sending repetitive emails just delays the whole process as your email goes back to end of the line. They send this message: "The Help Desk team works 24 hours a day processing tickets strictly as they arrive, without selecting or rejecting "unfavorable" ones. At the moment, there is a queue of XXX tickets. Queries on the queue at the time the letter was received: XXX. Please do not write about this issue again, since all of your messages will be merged together, and the ticket will be moved to the end of queue automatically. Thank you for being with us!"

Calm down, don't you have the ip of Internet connection you used often? That will also work.

Try and contact help desk. I think that delay is due to workload but you can contact help desk at help@tankionline.com to confirm.

Maybe your ip changed later. Try to find the ip of the first computer you used to enter your account.

The debate kind of failed because the definition of 'damage' was not very precise.

Help desk is not a program. It is a team of people who assess problems and devise solutions. If they can't help you, no one can get back your account. Are you sure that you answered all questions as they should have been?

As far as I could gather, you had an account named masterboo and you have now forgotten it's password. You emailed help@tankionline.com but they asked you questions. Now, please note that only help desk can help you get your account back. No mod or player can do so. If you have emailed help desk then you have to wait for their reply. It usually takes 4-5 days depending on their workload. There is nothing you can do except wait for their answer.

We haven't planned any vocal debate as of yet. For now, we will only be having written ones. Let's see how it goes. I am sure that when we do have vocal debates, there will be an allowance for those who cannot speak due to some problem.
