Well, there will be many things in your life which will require continuous dedication and a lot of patience. Months, years, even decades. It sounds easy when you hear it in someone's story but it is extremely difficult to go through it yourself. Such situations will arise everywhere from your academics to career to personal life. During those periods, it's necessary to keep that 'fire' in you alive and burning! Letting it die would be equivalent to giving up on your dreams. In this case, even if you're not so passionate about becoming a moderator now (perhaps, due to multiple rejections), you should never let your passion to help people die. After all, you don't have to be a mod to help around. ;) P.S. If you want some inspirational stories in this regard, read about the stories of various start-ups. Just as an example, read about how Rovio came about to making Angry Birds.

Missed it by a few minutes again.... -_- I think it's rather unfair to select 50 winners in all communities, though. Think about it.... The 50th position in German community is filled up after hours, even days after the puzzle is published. Likewise, the Russian community would fill up all positions within few minutes. XD Just saying, the number of winners could be decided by the population of players in that particular community, similar to what happens in many democracies... ;)

Actually, even though the stereotype of druggers being noob buyers might not be true for all, it is true for many. I've seen many M3 rank players entering battles at my ranks or lower, using drugs and kits in hopes of grabbing the major portion of the fund. Now, in some situations, me or some of my teammates have answered by dragging back leading the so called, higher tanked player, to start cursing and in some situations, run away... XD. Just saying, many peeps out there expect to dominate and when faced with resistance, they are utterly speechless.

Name it whatever you like. The point is, that it's delicately balanced. Everything is calculated and set in such a way that Tanki maintains a regular income without forcing players to shell out money. Supplies, which has been an integral part of the game for a long time now, are obviously at the core of this balance. Take that out and you'll be affecting the income of players, battle fund growth, and ultimately the income of the company. That's what I mean when I say that the economy will crash!

It is quite clear from your post that you have no experience with the said weapons whatsoever. Yeah, sure, twins doesn't require any skull, cause your Hull has infinite health, right? Try to destroy a Mammoth Thunder using Viking Twins. Chances are that the mammoth will survive due to it's higher health but that can be changed by using some skills. Same goes for Shaft/Railgun. You can't afford to be found vulnerable while your turret is loading. As for isida, try using it once and we'll see how easy it is to use it.

Ehm, Mr. , let me clear up one thing. Are you considering the fact that most of the garage supplies are acquired from Daily Missions, Quests like 'The Game' and other such events? In such a case, the crystal exchange value of supplies loses it's significance. You're saying that I use 250 crystals worth of supplies to earn 20 crystal, but as far as I'm concerned, those supplies were never bought using crystals nor could ever be exchanged for crystals. They are like a consumer product. From my point of view, the whole thing profited me by 20 crystals instead of a 230 crystal loss you'd have me believe. This basically renders any crystal worth of supply argument practical useless since I don't believe any sane player would ever buy supplies at their original cost. Also, about the quantity.. I own about 2-3k of each supply and I've only ever bought a 100 supply kit, so don't argue that too many supplies can't be earned.

Also, if you take into account the time they spend on assessing violations submitted in forum, it's nearly impossible for a mod to be available for any particular battle. Increasing quantity by compromising quality is not a solution. So, what is?

Well, you can't be sure that the guy just closed his browser. Maybe his laptop ran out of battery or his browser crashed or any other such situation which didn't let him properly exit the battle. Happens a lot of times with me.
