Chat Moderators will never ban violations inside gifts! There are other stuff that won't ban any bad gifts. They can't check the gifts as well as there is no proof for the ban, which is probably edited out by photoshop or some other programme. So please, just delete every violations gifts!

It's impossible to get free crystals from the game or a player. The only way you can get crystals is by winning a contest such as "THE GAME." Always be very cautious of scammers, don't believe them when they say they can give you free crystals. That's false, no one can give you free crystals for any reason!

The first thing to rule out is this "My internet is wireless, 4G." Test things on a normal ISP connection, cable, dsl, etc.. using a modem and router not 4G.

Exactly, it's a known problem that has to do with the server as well as your connection. This problem happens to increase your score during the battle. Anyways, it doesn't give you the score in your rank bar, but this glitch often caused by the server and connections. From now on, please email help@tankionline.com with the link to the stuck timer, tech support will forcibly end the battle then. Are you using the [/img] tags? What picture format are you trying to post, JPG? Also, which service do you have your images hosted at? Or are they local files on your computer?

So far it's different making a V-log without studio equipment, microphone thingy, and so on. When doing the upcoming V-logs, the current commentator's accent and voice will be attempted to be improved. :)
