What happens if you check Adaptive FPS? From what I see in that screenshot, those are the only graphical options you have (See: Things missing from Settings - How to fix.) and you can enable adaptive FPS, in order to get a better frame rate. Some games are locked at 30 frames per second. By checking (ticking) the adaptive FPS box, you may get better results. Do you have hardware acceleration on?

No one knows that. But if the kit has recently been removed, it will generally take a month or two before it might get back. There are also possibilities that kit might not be the same. You can view the product kits here.
