Would make perfect sense if you posted that from a lower ranked alt. But seeing a gissmo complain about M2 Hornets-Tundra in XP is just tooo hilarious mate

Sure, just have a look at the How to Guides for Clans, follow the 10 simple steps and mind the fine print. As our beloved @Yele  pointed out , you made several topics, none of which were even close to the requirements set. You'll need to try harder and better. MAP, TIME and SERVER !!! LETS DO THIS !! MY CONTACT DETAILS IN SPOILER RIGHT BELOW ↓

^ well it depends really. IDK about other mods and other section, I'm the least forumy mod btw, sticks to only 1 section really. But consider these 2 cases: how to make a clan war/ tornament with a newly made team This one, even though it was answered and the OP seemed satisfied with the answer given, there still isn't any other topics discussing this aspect of the clan gaming, and there isn't any guide either at the moment, though there was one in the past. So I personally leave it open for whoever needs to comment on that tomorrow and add up something new relating to the subject matter, cause you never know if the subject area is fully covered in that case. We might have missed a thing or two. how to join a M3 clan in a second However this one is instantly closed! The OP itself is unclear. The topic title seems to have had more thought put into it than the OP itself . But more importantly that aspect of clan gaming is covered in great depth and all over that whole sub-forum area. Every single clan section you visit there's a topic pinned right up there for all to see in such a way that you cannot miss them. Allowing such a topic is as pointless as it gets + a huge waste of time for both the forum moderators who have to keep an eye on it and the hardcore forumers themselves who like to keep updated on as much topics as they can. As for if there needs to be a discussion about it, there's a feedback topic in that section pinned right on top, again, any sensible forumer shouldn't miss that one, and they are free to voice their concerns about related stuff there, plus it has the added benefit of having the eye of the mods/devs monitoring that discussion thread. If the topic is allowed to remain open in that case then the discussion would get scattered all over the place and it becomes hard for everyone to keep track of valuable feedback. As a clan leader yourself I trust you'll remember this one time we had to close 4 separate topics in order to focus all discussion in 1 place, and it worked out rather well since most of the reasonable feedback received was applied and certain Dev decisions were even reversed in that case as you'd recall I hope this answer your questions as to why sometimes it is necessary to close down some topics after answering them compared to when we can allow to leave threads open for discussion even after they got answered.

Every now and then I get a few fun clans to approve, and since I'm kinda getting bored with ostriches in this forum, this one was a bit of a refreshing change :)

Well da big boss said it all there. It is true mistakes happen from certain mods when they close a topic, or cause they don't have the up-to-date piece of info of the matter and think they got it covered. Happens even to the best one of us. But we're always ready to open up a topic if it wasn't satisfactorily completed, its just a matter of sending us or @Yele a pm. Also, not to throw the ball to the other camp or anything, but it would be great to see the OP of a topic reply to it whenever someone answered to it. Most of the time they don't, they make a topic and then never interact with it again and in these cases it is impossible for the mods to know if the answer given was satisfactory enough. So yeah, more OP interaction would lubricate that 2 way machine better :) And last, as someone mentioned earlier(damn it I can't who, cause we're already on other page > . <) there are often a lot of topics being made with the same questions over and over and often the best answer is already found in a previous topic which players failed to see cause they didn't even bother to search the forum for it. The forum: How to use it? - Describes how to use forum and search for stuff How to search for clans - If the above one looks to complicated for you, you can also try this one. Its the same basic way all across forum, we just haven't had time for updating the former yet. (whoever wanna volunteer for it are welcome btw)

Just add an info on the main page to explain what it is about , cause many go there and see crys giveaway and think scam Add a brief description to what it is in the OP here too, so people know about it

get lost , have you seen my teeth on that one,, nothing beats that !!!

Nice, would be good to have have server loads reduced on some servers as well, as sometimes some do lags under some 3000 players load I've noticed. But more importantly, since 11 are being eliminated, would be nice to have one of these converted to a special dedicated "Format Battles Only" server and anyone entering that server will be shown a message that the server they are getting in are for such kind of battles and a link to the forum resources explaining these various XP type flavours and rules used by players etc ... Also it should be accessible only to those who chose to go in there, and not be among the "lucky" mechanism for random selection of servers when entering the game via the Fight Button on main page or when signing up a new account or after the welcome tutorial.

yeah they already got those avatars, names in other colours, fancy cool mod stuff in their garages, good inventories with M3 and even M4 stuff etc .... they don't really need a capital "M" now , do they? Naaaaa ... screw that. But nevertheless you're gonna put one for me though, cause that's how big and fat this bunny's ego is :D :p @Canadian_Eh ?

^ consider reading first before posting about it Yes. Plenty! Have a look at the Helpers of the project section and feel free to apply for any positions there. Do read the rules and requirements first though. Good Luck :) I know its like 2 months late, but I'm Damn_Slow ok :p Good question. Its because we don't have enough quality applications despite the sheer volume of all applications Out of these few some will pass their candidacy, some won't. Yes there is a candidacy period. Some will opt-out due to the tasks being too demanding. Long time mods will from time to time leave as their RL schedule change. So this really fits people with a light-enough RL schedule. And out of all that the amount of mods entering the corps never really exceeds the amount of mods leaving, if so by not a big margins. There are a few other technical reasons as well. Another good question you might have in head would be why despite having that much their presence isn't felt as much you'd think? And the answer to that one would be pure technical limitations. But as with any technical stuff, technology evolves, so do expect that even if mod numbers don't increase by much in future, their presence on the field and in chats will be bigger as we get better and better stuff to work with :)

Hey old Gold-Hunting pal :) Long time no see. Remember the days we'd annoy the rest of our old clan by posting a new gold picture almost everyday :D Caught on "zero health" bar :o Respect B) Oh dear, big dilemma  .., but then again, it never really was gold in the first place -_- Devs Alchemist Philosophy: Diamonds X 1000 = Gold Whatabunch of sillies !!
