Another thing, we old format players have always based ourselves on percentages of paints for various types of battles for so long, and so we tend to see things in that way. However the format battles option in the game works differently, it doesn't see percentages as we normally would. It just is a simple equipment filter seeing if the paint you're wearing is in the short list of paints allowed. Unfortunately with that a few paints got forgotten / omitted, e.g. as in the forester case, or even some 15% or 18% special award paints used by some staff and high performing eSportsmen.

Had this as my skype status last week, just forgot to put it here on forum. In my defence I have been off forum duties for that time -_- Hope that settles the talks about limitations imposed by the current formats As for paints, like M2 hornets not being able to play with forester, please, make a list of all such kind of missed omitted paints by devs and I'll be happy to transmit it over to them As for tundra on M2 hornets being 3 shots occasionally, its not an irregular thing at all, and its more to do with the railgun mechanics. rails don't fire consistently at the same power in case some of you don't know already, but operates within a range. Tundra users taking advantage of it is something of an old debate which resulted into that paint not considered by devs for formats

been away for 4 days, came back to see lots of positive changes from devs, as usual. However barring custom names is a huge huge mistake IMO. And not just for XP/BP players but way way more. Will try to have a talk to one of them when I get the chance, else we guys will need to find yet another solution for the good sport that keeps us coming back to this game we all enjoy in 1 way or another or many. edit: nvm the above, just got news of something coming up for you guys, will wait for devs to make official announcement ;)

I don't think Master-Rah will agree about it being overpowered, or that it doesn't have enough disadvantages. On the contrary, it has always been touted as that 1 weapon with a huge reload time and a supah rotation, not to mention it is currently the only gun with smoky that requires a precise shot on the target to make damage without any assists like shafts scope. Not mentioning thunder in there cause you can still damage someone by missing and hitting the wall or ground next to them However it is true we're seeing more and more of these killer rail shots. And that has nothing to do with the gun itself, but more with the players. Nowadays with the advent of professional gaming promoting railguns (SLTV and such) and the ever more popular XP battles average players and even the noob ones have started to master the weapon even more than what we had in the past, and that's why its seemingly overpowered more and more IMO
