No,actually it lasted for about ten seconds.That's how I managed to get a picture of it.The match (As you can see is in Bobruisk) was BAD.And I was using the Shaft and it kept lagging so by the time it got zoomed in the enemy was gone.:( But what can I say?If it weren't for this lag I wouldn't have got such a cool pic.:D

I don't know.It only happened to me once.(You can remove the Gallery lag by unchecking Adaptive FPS in the settings.)

i also had 0 fps just before this.

I Know Right? Look carefully and you'll see its tilted to the right.And it's lagging so much I haven't respawned yet.I was using the Shaft-Mammoth.
