What are you talking about bud? Gothic is related to black and dark theme, DK skins can be gothic to some extent but that with flames fits very just with Demonic.

Valid I am quite reluctant to this Idea, while players want their desired nicks, name duplication is being already done with several letters like lowercase of "L" and uppercase of "i". People like to make similar nicks to the one they desire, either with additional 1 or 2 numbers or letters, and with your new Idea. Now with the idea, players will make even more identical nicks.

I believe this is planned under Contracts, not paints but some major reward for completing the contract, like the Phoenix rewards. As for paints, it's highly unlikely because ultimately it will decrease the value of those exclusive paints that cannot be purchased or obtained any longer, as said in the previous V-LOGs by the Devs themselves. Valid Good idea actually, but there comes a point where you are faced with the option of receiving different types of nades. Ig devs will hand out the default, but people using the other nades won't appreciate this change much.

And add like a solid impact force, more than hammer's current projectile force.

Why not When achievements are revamped, maybe devs might hand out rewards for killing X amount of juggs.

Sound apt, all that needs taking care are the rounds actually, something to be implemented so that players can't leave the match in-between.

And how would that work exactly ? Tanks rolling around the map doesn't exactly fit with the Counter Strike or Call of Duty war themes. We do have TDM, DM, gun-game (Arms Race) but I'm not sure how would S&D be implemented, for a single person to have the bomb each round and all other with defusal kits. Need I remind you that people leave and join the battle whenever they feel like in this game, so the game mode will be completely ruined in the current state of the Game.
