You no what im gonna agree with you on this one, in gold events going for the gold is fun.Now i personally do not take part in these events as i see them only for the f2p players like you said are the little kiddies to try and get a few cry in the kitty. But in normal MM i kill any going for gold are i concentrate on going for enemy flag when the rest of the players (i use the word players loosely) are mixing it up trying to get the gb.

I'm not quite sure how someone can get it so breathtakingly wrong, but you just did.HORNET'S overdrive is mega OTT, as for viking that can be countered by defender drone maxed out as long as you also have 50% possibly 40% against whatever turret it is paired with. I no you where stating being surrounded by a host of enemy players, and if that's the case then basically your toast regardless of any alt you have. And also what other hull can obliterate 3/4 enemy at once and suffer no self damage.

I would like to see how many times you can actually challenge a mag/hornet player,and come away with a kill when their overdrive is activated. Im guessing a 1/5 chance if said player is blind, has no keyboard, and loses his internet connection all at the same time.

So it's up to us responsible and switched on players to alert all concerned about the cloak and dagger approach the devs adopt when it suits their nefarious scheming ways. I believe at least half the tanki devs are ex KGB. ?

F2P players in my opinion do very well to get anything out of a battle as they are disadvantaged big time. I played 1 battle with no drones are alts and allowed myself 3 of each supply and i never used my overdrive. i came 3rd from bottom on losing team. i didn't have the nerve to screen it i was gutted.

Think you must be right about the drone bit. i aimed for top 100 and i made it. it was my main goal with that account and now it is on the shelf as i refuse to play it with these overdrives still in the game. Not just overdrives but everything else that has been altered/adjusted,i was playing on a low rank acc until they brought out that xp/cry ratio favouring the xp so now all i do are my missions and exit the game.

As anyone can see from my posts on here i'm more than a decent player and i enjoy the game very much.BUT on this matter i totally agree with deathisimminent the devs have done the low to mid ranks no favours by the increased xp and it begs the question was this intentional..I have to say it was because the devs are in no way stupid. I and a lot of players who post on here no the game needs a steady cash injection to keep it operational we are not naive to this,but at the same time i honestly believe the devs also have a obligation to uphold the FAIR & BALANCED game for players they say exists and is always at the forefront when bringing in new changes.What they are trying to do with this OTT xp increase is coax low to mid rank players into spending cash in the game to keep up with their lightening fast march through the ranks.The only rank this helps out is LEGEND and the big buyers brigade.Even i cannot keep up with this xp increase and that is why i have cut my game time down by a massive amount on the 2 accounts i am using.It is also unfair and quite callous of you (MAF) to say basically if you can't keep up then just quit until this has run its course. Yes we all know no one forces anyone to play/buy/are do anything else related to the game if they do not want to, but the majority of players buyers/non buyers do enjoy playing on a regular day to day basis and to put them in this situation where they either rank way to quickly and suffer the consequences at the next rank/ranks are to stop playing altogether are like me cut their game time down by a substantial amount is anything but FAIR & BALANCED. The vast majority of players support the game either by their commitment through lots of game time are by spending cash, are a combination of the two.are even by advertising the game on various social media outlets thus increasing the chances of even more players discovering a game i personally think is the best game i have played on (and i have played on dozens) and none come even close in my opinion.Give us a break devs and at the very least reverse the xp/cry ratio so it gives the low/mid rank players amongst us (most of whom do not have the cash) the chance to compete in a game we (the majority) enjoy very much and want to continue enjoying but find it increasingly difficult especially when the balance of the game decreases not only the enjoyment but the ability to compete at ranks above wo3 all the way through to the prized legend rank. More cry less xp for the duration, it's not a great deal to ask for and would show a lot of players that you do actually listen to our feedback and genuinely want the best for all players who play and support the game in their own way.

Regardless of overdrives iv'e always preferred hunter/titan as my med/heavy hulls but your right hunter was used by a few players.
