Only problem now is that you don't have an option to not shoot. This is terrible for turrets with splash damage (except Magnum, where you still have some control over shooting). I was pinned to a wall by an enemy Dictator, while I was using Gauss with DD. All I could do was look on helplessly, as I killed myself. The Dictator got destroyed a second later by a teammate using Berserk reactor of his Viking. Which means, had I waited a few seconds without shooting to avoid self damage, that Dictator would have been destroyed. The inability to not shoot is also bad for turrets like Railgun, that have long reload times. I end up shooting an OP player, while a 1-shot Wasp darts past me a millisecond later.

We should have more Hovering Railgun events—maybe lower the gold-drop rate, but still hold these events. Perhaps turn Hovering Railgun into a game mode. Where everyone is equal, and supplies don't really matter much coz everyone is 1-shot.

Sadly, no. The angle is higher, and so is the splash damage. It'll never be like the previous RGC.

How'd you get Hopper? Got a lucky Ultra container?

@Spy, so the servers are still faulty? I could play a few matches quite well in the past few hours... Also, I was expecting some Token of Apology Premium... XD Today, the mobile version interface has become quite glitchy tho. I got the container bug for a normal container and a UT container, and had to manually search for added items. The Special Missions tab is also not loading.

I got the container glitch today (stuff from cont gets added to account, but you don't see what you got coz the screen freezes while the cont is opening). Fortunately I found out that I got 5 goldboxes from the normal container, and Cold Immunity for Dictator from the UT cont I got from the 5000 battle points mission... (lucky!) I had to manually check all augments, shot effects and supplies tho...

Agreed. But on mobile, the aiming is even more flexible.

Nice guide! I never really gave a thought to pairing melee turrets with Ares... I'll surely try Fire-Ares out, taking help from your guide. Pictures would really have helped in illustrating some of the maneuvers you mentioned. Good luck for your future works, and welcome to the AWS!

It depends on how high you jump and when. If you are at the highest point, then you can't get shot by a player at the initial level. If you jumped just before the enemy shot, then you're dead, cuz Railgun has good vertical aiming.

@Opex-Rah the "Developper" reportedly used Hopper before public release, causing wide-spread burns with a stunning display of jumping.

OMG this is so frustrating... I still have a week until I get promoted to Advanced group... I have already satisfied the condition of 100 posts, but a month isn't over yet... XD Notice the "Ghost of a Laugh" in the top right corner...

On Flash? No chance buddy. You'll need Pro pass anyway... Also, Warrant Officer 1 is quite a low rank, to be honest. That's when Pro battles get unlocked. On HTML5, you don't need any pass/money to play/create Pro battles (custom battles). You could try that out! It's sad that Flash is getting discontinued, but we got no choice! Tanki's anyway making Flash unplayable gradually... ? I personally am used to HTML5 coz Chrome gave me no choice... XD I tried Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge to play on Flash, but it doesn't work properly for me...

I highly doubt it, as Flash is anyway going to get discontinued. Also, I believe Hopper won't be compatible with the Flash version. But I don't know for sure, as I had thought the same way for Ares too, yet it was play-able on Flash...

I'm guessing the OD charge rate will be very slow in MM. That will hopefully counter the OP-ness of Hopper. But I agree it's OP (maybe not that much, but OP all the same). It'll sorta break the game...

Thanks to @Levi, @coconuttree I have now understood the new special event, and how one can obtain Hopper. The V-LOG explained it very well. I recommend all players to watch the latest V-LOG (271).

Thanks for the info (IOR), but I never buy... XD It's too expensive in INR anyway...(and parents...) I genuinely hope you're right... but then it won't be much fun, as Hoppers will catch all golds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
