Well, I voted majorly by ignoring augments. With augments, there are quite a few turrets that are OP. Vulcan + Heat Immunity for any hull is super OP, not even counting any Vulcan augments. Gauss has a high-damage snipe shot: I have Gauss Mk5 (on an alt), and its minimum snipe shot damage is 1k, which is anyway quite high, while maximum damage is 16k+, which can sometimes one-shot Mk3-4 medium hulls. With DD, medium hulls are guaranteed one-shot, provided they don't have DA or 30%+ prots. This is without considering Adrenaline or EMP for Gauss. I don't think Hornet is OP. Currently, at least at ranks below Field Marshal, Hornet OD is rarely used effectively, as far as I have observed. However, when it is used effectively, it is absolutely frustrating. Also, those who use it effectively usually have Legend accounts, and are playing on low ranked alts. Hornet feels OP in MM because of OP turrets equipped with it. Otherwise it isn't that bad. There are no specific attributes of the hull that make it OP. The OD is useful only if you have Gauss or Railgun with decent augments. Again, Hornet is a perfectly balanced hull, but it's OD should be nerfed appropriately. There is a need to separate the OD from the hull, if we're discussing Pro battles as well. Currently all hulls are pretty much balanced imo. Yet I voted Ares as OP because of its health and strafing ability.

But honestly, if you are excellent in Geography or are from that region, I'll accept your opinion... all my knowledge regarding Balkans or Baltic region is Google-based. XD

Here's what I think: She mentioned "Baltic climate". Most prolly a reference to the countries in the Baltic region. She mentioned "Tundra and Taiga". Might be a reference to paints, as both are paints in Tanki. She also mentioned Eurasia and Europe. From all this I feel it refers to European paints, out of which Serbia is the best fit (my opinion), as it neither has Tundra, nor Taiga (they're some types of vegetation), and is not hot. My Answer: SERBIA All this might be totally wrong and illogical LOL...
