please I NEED HELP

Before..i used to use chrome for playing TO, I switched to stand alone due to the lag( can't deal damage, pick ups,etc.) in chrome... The same lag in stand alone It sometimes works when i self...but i can't keep on self destructing and loose score, gold,etc. clearing cache not helping I NEED HELP!
