i just tested it.. and discovered its the other way round... in the original post.. it is your time zone and in the quotes... it is UTC my time zone is +5:30 UTC this is exactly the opposite.. i mean.. the time here is 5:42 pm and the time in the quote is 12:02 pm

I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM MANY TIMES. Get a better version of windows. Check you internet speed. Reload the page after 2 mins for it getting stuck.\ Join small maps like duel - combe ( not sandox) I am sure it will work... Good Luck!
