Honestly, I'd be happy if such an augments were introduced but only gave speed boost, instead of protection, the way you described. With all the defensive drones, getting more armor is far easy compared to speed.

Yesh, definitely a good idea. At this point, I think it is futile to call Hornet's Radar an Overdrive. Would be better if we just called it, extra ability.
