I'm going to ignore THIS deliberate misrepresentation of my statement: "So according to you, if you complain about something you are a useless good for nothing couch potato!" Look up the word "complaint" in my response. Nowhere will you find it. I am very particular about what words I use. Had I meant "Complaining is bad for the game", I would have said "Complaining is bad for the game." I didn't say that. My article's original purpose, before it was flamed out of control, was to state two things: 1.) The 40% off sale was a good thing and a 50% off sale would've been harmful. 2.) There was and is no excuse for the behavior exhibited by the tankers who flamed and trolled the announcement. I must contend that complaints, or, more accurately, CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, is necessary for the evolution of this game. However, when the logic behind the sale was presented over and over again, logic which stated that the game would suffer if the sale was made 50% off, the response was unacceptable. There was an avalanche of hateful screams, even one calling for Semyon Kirov to be fired. The story in which the man loses his job was a hypothetical scenario used to make a point. It is also the only example from my article that is not based on fact; that's why it's a hypothetical. This is not an emotional response. The fact - the flamers behaved like unruly children - is true.

If I could like your comment twice, I would. You have stricken the nail on the proverbial head! The trolling minority on this site will not be satisfied when something they hate on around the clock is removed; they will simply find something else to hate on. I can't imagine having to live like that, in a constant state of anger and hatred. It must be terrible.

THIS IS HILARIOUS! :lol: :lol: Permit me to cut this off before it gets any further... or funnier. I don't think I could stand that. 1.) The majority of players do not dislike the use of the 1,2,3,4, or 5 buttons to activate supplies. Unless, of course, an opponent uses one, and then it's "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS! THEY TRIED TO WIN AGAINST ME!" 2.) The majority of players either use supplies or would if they knew how. Therefore, the game is imbalanced by the players who refuse to use supplies. Tanki will never, ever limit or get rid of them. They would be ruining the game if they did. And even if they did, the players who are now screaming for the end of supplies would still be in the same predicament, because they aren't losing due to supplies. They are losing due to the fact that they just can't win. And so, my message to the anti-kit crowd: buy a pro pass, because your supply-less utopia won't come any other way.

And my judgement about the "screaming kid in the checkout line" attitude displayed by the tankers who flamed on the Tanker's Day announcement still stands. They may not, in real life, have been couch potatoes who make no contribution to anything valuable, but they ACTED like it. If a person acts like a two-year-old, he will be treated as a two-year-old. And if a person argues against facts using emotions and no facts, not only is his argument invalid, he winds up looking just a tad silly.

Dude, something's wrong with your... well, absolutely everything. Do you play Tanki? If so, then YES, Daily Missions are free. You pay nothing to get them unless you click the "change" button twice, and they give you gifts in return. You are getting free gifts. Pardon me as I do the (ahem) "maths" of supply usage: 1.) You have X amount of crystals. 2.) You receive 2 repair kits for completing a mission during a battle. Repair kits are 150cry apiece. 3.) You receive 200 crystals from the battle fund. 4.) During the course of the battle, you used 1 Repair kit. 5.) You still wound up with 200 extra crystals at the end of the battle. Uber-duh. By your "maths", I am supposed to calculate the Repair kits as an extra 300cry gained. But, if I never use them, what's the point? They are just sitting there, never to be utilized. "OOH OOH OOH and they could be utilized if Tanki would just ban supplies and give us the crystals instead!" Or one could just accept the supplies the way one does in every other game. And as for your EDIT, if a guy can't afford to buy a soda, then how does he have the money to buy the internet access necessary to play this game?

Am I the only one who noticed that Daily Missions give supplies? And Daily Missions are, uh, FREE! "Oh but Stratus they don't give very many!" Then save them up and use them wisely. Or buy some. Have you ever actually looked at crystal prices? They are so cheap! I bought 10,000 crystals with the same amount of money that I would've spent on a 16-ounce soda.

Didn't you use over a hundred thousand crystals to buy the xp passes when those were sold? :P :lol:

And as I scroll through the comments, I am finding a common denominator: emotions and no facts. I'd also like to point out that it'd be nice to see some constructive criticism here. If I'm wrong, prove it. Responding "Oh you horrible pony you are so insulting and mean and arrogant and nasty and I really don't like you!" is an emotional knee-jerk reaction to me making the heretical suggestion that YOU. ARE. FALLIBLE. It accomplishes nothing more than making you look like the aforementioned kid in the checkout line. If you can provide a list of actual, objective facts that refute my article's fundamental statement: "Tanki made a wise decision when they set the sale at 40% off rather than 50% off", then do so. I am honestly interested in seeing that list, because I'd like to know how my assessment of Tanki's economy and its role in world economy is incorrect.

This is something that doesn't affect me, as I don't microupgrade, but I can understand why this would be frustrating. MUs are so expensive! I'm waiting to buy my first M3 before I MU. Doing so to an M2 is pointless.
