Brutus is a F2P only drone and as you stated, Its USELESS. Defender costs a lot of money to upgrade and is supposed to negate damage to give you a advantage over your opponents, it has not done this for a very long time. All of you can state facts and figures until the end of time, but it does little to help those who can't buy their way out of this quagmire that TO has become. As I said in my previous post, certain overdrives and all these status effects, EMP, STUN, etc have made defender null and void as a useful counter in battle, especially at legend rank against maxed out 9999 players. One last point, having to max out any drone costs a fortune in crystals, even the USELESS brutus, which loses any meaning past the WO ranks. TO as a fun go to game no longer exists, the devs have made sure of that.

You have and well said but, (there is always a but) in my post I pointed out what is and has dominated battles for a long time.. Lets face it, as long as the devs keep buffing/nerfing stuff to make more money then balance and the select few (buyers) will just carry on as they are, being non existent and dominating battles most of the time. TO is far worse now than it has ever been and I cant see it improving any time soon.

Booster v defender is not the problem and never was, it's all the status effects in the game that are the problem, which now make defender useless as a meaningful addition to your combo. The current very OP things in the game are hornets overdrive and the flying tank that caps very easily when paired with the crisis drone. And yet it still makes little difference in battle against all of the above and quite a few others, so yes defender is a joke and has not done what it was designed to do for a quite a long time now due to all these OP changes the devs have made that by-pass defenders defences with apparent ease on a very regular basis. Hornets overdrive, maxed out armadillo module, flying tank, crisis drone, players with 20/30% only modules are what I see dominate battles for at least 90% of the time. The remaining 10% are battles full of noobs with a incredibly low G/S for their rank, making them quite useless in battle and therefore ineffective. As you can see defender v booster is not the issue, all of the above is, it's called not having any meaningful balance in the game.

You seemed to have left out the worst offender in all cap modes, especially CTF. I have never seen a camper using saboteur drone fly to the enemy base and then fly back to make the cap. I wonder why you forgot to mention that aspect in your post? Which is exactly what they want you to do.

The devs don't do cheap, not when it comes to swindling you out of cry/cash. As always they give the LAMEST explanations why they do what they do. I have maxed out crisis and a boat load of supplies, have done since WO3 and I have not used this account in earnest for months and will continue not to use it until there is stability within TO and they STOP changing things every other couple of months. These recent updates are as always terrible. Defender drone is now useless and even before this nerf it wasn't brilliant. Defender maxed with titan , 4 protection modules maxed with DA (1 of them being freeze with freeze immunity) and the dome activated gives very little protection against many combos and none against hornet/freeze with active overdrive. Titan is one part of the game that is useless at doing what it is supposed to do, give protection, especially in the TO that the devs are giving the players atm. TO is now pathetic and just not worth the effort I once put in and enjoyed doing so before this plethora of unpredictable, OP and for the most part unwanted changes the devs are constanly making. They are killing the game and for reasons only they no, continue to do so at a ever increasing rate. The devs are not dumb, they just never get it right.
