4150 + 400 = 4550 "safe stars"

The EMP nerf is good, but I really don’t understand the point of reducing bullet speed for so many weapons. I’d say Vulcan needed the nerf for sure, but it’s really unfair towards the other turrets like smoky. I don’t like the buff of Rico while nerfing the Minus field augment relatively, as it will just encourage even more bots to use Plasma torch (which is an insult to Ricochet) mindlessly.

@LambSauce @TheCongoSpider Freeze disables only opponent's boosted damage, but doesn't have any effect on adrenaline augments. (Why should it?)

Minus-field is the best for rico imo; The problem with AP rico is that you just can't ricochet your shots most of the times - either you're fighting an enemy head on the map barely has any flat walls.

Yeah I know, immortal hero does that as well. The devs could’ve made it so that the event was dependent on score earned instead of stars, but of course they had to make it really unfair by allowing people to buy stars to raise the average and giving a HUGE advantage to players with premium.

Every CTF game I try to play in to complete my daily damage mission or even for a normal battle, there's a group of 4 clowns with Trickster + Paladin who've already capped like 5 times by the time I spawn. What a joke in the name of an event. Yes Tanki, this is totally a fair matchmaking game. Who wouldn't love to stay and fight a bunch of Russian clowns running maxed out equipment? Yeah, the devs are too lazy to fix the unfair matchmaking system, but the least they could do is to add a WAIT TIME before each battle begins so that people with super fast internet / those living near the servers can't capture 4-5 flags by the time a person with moderate internet speed like me can join. This is a joke. A joke.

You've clearly never played Assault or Siege, have you? EMP Gauss is a nightmare in those modes. It disables supplies of all enemies in its damage radius who don't have EMP immunity, as well as dealing a great amount of damage to everyone in the splash radius. To top it all off, it has a 100% chance of applying EMP status affect in sniping mode. Considering all these parameters, how in the heck can you say EMP Gauss doesn't need a nerf? It's not comparable to other status effect augments, not by far....

You can just save up weekly missions to get to 300 stars, which is what all the winner pickers will be doing.

You don’t need to earn 5k stars in a single challenge to get the skin, just 5k stars in total during the time the event is running (16 days)

The shop showcase update is nice, but would be better if it included batteries as well. (Considering how difficult it is to obtain batteries now after the container nerf update)

Let me correct you on that. We have until 14th Feb 2 AM UTC to collect stars - which means the 14th doesn't count. We have a total of 16 days. 3 in this month (29, 30, 31) and 13 days in February (1-13). Calculation - Stars from: Daily missions: 16 x 150 = 2400 Weekly missions: 3 x 450 = 1350 Special missions: 400 Total stars = 4150 (It is safe to say you will get atleast these many stars as long as you complete dailies and weeklies) Stars required from battles: 850 Average stars needed per day = 850 / 16 = 53.125 (~54) NOTE: This is considering that we don't have an ultra weekend (from which we can get more stars) in the next 2 weeks (which I think is unlikely) So, that brings your average playtime per day (Considering each battle lasts 15 minutes) down to 4.5 hours. Keep in mind that we might have an ultra weekend starting Friday, 11th February, that can give us more stars. Bottom line? Keep these numbers in mind if you plan on grinding for the Freeze SE skin. Even if you can't reach 5000 stars, just by completing daily and weekly missions, you can get 49 containers and 20 ultea containers (Plus a Youtuber paint) for the price of 990 tankoins. I think it's a pretty generous offer.

That’s true, but the least he could do is give an explanation for the changes that have occurred. Literally everyone complained about the container update but I saw no input from Marcus into the matter. What’s the point of being a community manager if you don’t even try to respond to the people of your community?
