As far as I know, no one in this game is "privileged" and everyone is banned according to their violation. True, some violations on the chat do pass unnoticed but that's either because the moderator is too busy to see everything that is happening at that moment or because he/she is afk. In any case, if you feel that a member of EN community staff is not doing their job properly and your complains to an admin didn't help, you're welcome to complain to tech support and/or EN Community Manager @Cedric Debono. No one is "hunted", everyone knows that EN chat moderators do not chase bans nor are focused on bans in the first place. But if players break the rules in the plain sight of the moderator, it's logical that the action will be taken. To ensure the best service possible, most helpers of this community are multilingual and can altogether cover more than 40 spoken languages (some helpers speak 3+ languages), so no one can expect to escape bans because they are profane in some language other than English (although they do try). So yeah, there is a "system" which is maintained to make sure that offenders are kept at bay and players have an enjoyable atmosphere to socialize and play in. "Fighting" it means you're set on breaking the rules. Please don't do that. As long as you do not break the rules of the game, do not swear and insult, there's nothing you should be worried about.

We're working on the issue caused by merging of the servers by informing Russian and German chat administrators about our chat rules and offering our services to their moderators. We're doing our best to improve the cooperation between our communities and make sure there are no double standards and that players get the best service possible. EN players know that they can & should contact chat admins if they have any issues with chat bans. As for the battles, you do understand that every admin is in charge of a different part of this game? And that every community has different admins? So it's not that no one cares, we simply cannot deal with matters out of our jurisdiction, such are the rules of the conduct. That's why you can either contact the admin in charge of the violations you complain about or contact CM, who's in charge of us all.

"Spouting" party line: EN chat mods never ban without reason which was proven over and over again during the years. If you complain about something, at least complain about the proper issues you have, don't make fake ones. And yes, chat mods are aware that players are upset over mults and cheaters and we are really trying to cut them some slack but on the other hand, we cannot allow them to go on rampage in the chat. 1. There is no such thing as wrongful ban - every player gets a proof of their wrongdoing and in 98% bans in EN community are justified 2. No, I don't like adaptations. I prefer to read manga when it's an original work of mangaka. Same as with anime - I don't watch any anime that is adapted from manga so I mostly watch anime movies with original script.

You are right, it's an unique feature of EN chat mods in the past 2-3 years. But a lot of things changed in 2-3 years, many mods left the position because of the circumstances in their own (real) lives so now there's less mods then in the past. They are all active but their activity is not as visible as it was before plus we have 24 servers to patrol now. Moderators ban plenty but that's besides the point. The chat is in much better condition than it was, for example, 2-3 years ago. With careful nurturing and promoting the rules, as well as moderators having endless patience and a lot of charm, server chat transformed into much better environment for everyone over the years. I won't say there aren't any violations, of course there are, but mods are mostly there to deal with them. And even when they are not, players know what to do. And we're asking again 'Please, don't escalate the problem further, simply put on Ignore list anyone who annoys you'. That's the most important thing.

There's plenty you can do to such - for a start, block them! This will shut them up forever. Who said we stopped enforcing the rules? If you visit the chat, you'll see moderators repeating the same mantra all the time: Please follow the rules. And yes, we do have less mods then we had 2 years ago but that's fine - if players work with us, we can sort out any issue without a problem :) I completely agree. This is why we're relying on all members of EN community to participate towards keeping the community enjoyable and healthy - on your part, do not break the rules and if someone else does or they bother you in any way, simply block them :) Mods will do their job but the support gotta come from players too, not to break the rules and not to get pulled into endless arguments. It will work if all community members take an active part in the above equation, just as you said :)

And as everyone knows, I hate the purple of Helper since it reminds me of my own skin too much so I always refused Best Helper title in the past ;) And please... Chat moderators cannot ban each other which is kinda logical - ban powers cannot work on themselves. Nothing weird nor something to complain about.
