I lived in the Highlands for a couple of years. Awesome country, I hope you will gain independence... interesting, but many of my friends actually wants that. Haggis - I never got used to it :D Marmite - likewise, ewwww... But I got hooked on Tunnock's Tea Cakes, Scott's Porage Oats and awesome fishermen's pie made on Orkney's! Anyway, ceud taing! It was fun to read about Scotland again, I miss it quite much (although a climate there leaves a lot to be desired)...

New Wave, Alternative Rock, Progressive Rock, Trash and Groove Metal, Visual Kei... also Ambient music, Classical, Fusion, Video Game Soundtracks, Film Scores... ... all in all, any kind of music that has a guitar riff and a groovy bass in it, or at least a symphonic orchestra B)

I can recommend Paranoia Agent. Complete madness... A few years ago I was obsessed with Wolf's Rain - the story, the characters, soundtrack... A huge recommendation from me! And a third one - Girls und Panzer... Girls and tanks, comedy as well, nothing there to dislike :D

Just using MyTank isn't bannable, but yes, it can have grave consequences for the player, especially if it's used for acc hacking. Sorry for the offtopic, I felt that I should explain it now, when people are talking about it.

Once I made a pretty detailed dictionary of most used Russian words & phrases in TO battles. I hope it will help to understand some of those conversations a bit better. PS. Some translations might not be 100% correct, since neither Russian nor English are my native languages, so feel free to revise.

Everyone is different. You want to be located, and that's ok. I do not. That should be ok too ;) I just hope we'll have both options.

I'm not speaking from a point of a chat mod, but of a single player. I value my privacy, and if I'm not in the battle, I don't want to be seen. Or known. Or recognized. As simple as that. And as funny as it sound, mods do not sit in the bushes and ban - as you colorfully portrayed it... most of us play in our free time. And yes, some of us are enjoying their anonymity more than others, especially in the time between battles. So much so, that they even don't want their friends to locate them. For such purposes, they use mobile phones and Internet messengers. It's funny that I didn't even considered the fact which you brought on - that such an option can be problematic for the members of the staff. I just didn't like the fact that somebody can literally pinpoint where I am. Call me paranoid ;)

You can remove them, always could. Hover over their name, you'll see a red X, click on it and they are removed.

That one is more problematic than it's worth. I sometimes do not want to be seen, and it feels like stalking. So I'd like that option removed, please. We still need block option - for example, I do not want any more friends requests, and I want to block all of them in advance, as well as some who are repeating their requests every once in a while.
