^ Well said :) And yes, we cannot guarantee that there will be no violators and offenders in the future - after all, our behaviour and the way we're treating other people is something that we're learning and bringing from our homes, our societies and cultures, and staff members cannot do much about it. We're not psychiatrists nor parents to anyone here. But if we can at least prevent future offences by simply offer a helping hand and an advice to majority of players, and by doing so make the chat and battles more pleasant and a relaxed place for everyone, we accomplished our goal :)

If a person deserves to be a moderator, he/she will not be prevented from becoming one. No one is prevented from applying too. But understand that we do have requirements, and not everyone is able to fulfill them. We wish you luck in your future endeavours :)

It might apply for Russian community, this is an English one :) And yes, we do have mods that understand Russian, but it's not a requirement. We also have several Arabic-speaking mods, so we're covered for now, thank you.

We cannot help if the account is blocked - chat administrators are dealing with bans. The only ones in charge are tech support, so you should contact them directly: help@tankionline.com However, if you already did that and they told you that your account cannot be returned, that's it. Sorry.

As my mods already explained, we are here to help players and keep game pleasurable for every one of them. Please do not abuse the fact that mods are trying their best to help and to be of service by provoking them and/or insulting while they are trying to play and enjoy themselves - and even then putting their job above everything else. ShadowDemon, you already discussed your case with admins, and you were explained clearly why you are banned. If you have further complains, please contact us again.

I voted for both since both maps have their own advantages, plus Edinburgh have a sentimental value for me...

The feel of the rail is practically the same, the colour of m3 shot is too soft and the sound should be updated imo. The isida's effect is too fat! It looks like a shawl, and covers too much of the view, you cannot concentrate when you're playing and have several isidas around you... especially if you're one.
