If Russians insulted they are going to be banned. In case you didn't notice, they do report their own players. Yours is only to stay out of it, keep calm, block anyone who annoys or bother you and all will be fine. Do better.

Why would you insult anyone in any language? Don't do it and you won't get banned, easy. No. It's clearly written on RU forum that it's meant for RU players only. Each community has its own rules regarding reports and those are theirs. So kindly avoid insulting other players from now on and you won't get banned.

No one is forcing you to call other players any names or to break the rules of the game, it's your choice to do so. In order not to get banned for your violations, kindly block anyone who bothers you or disable the chat completely before going into the battle and play in peace. Also, feel free to contact me if you feel your ban isn't just or is too harsh and we can discuss it.

I don't make it sound like that, go through topics and check for yourself how it is for real. And as for criticism, keep it constructive since that's how you can best help the project, which is our goal since the first post of this topic.

I never saw any helper logging in just to praise some update. They log in to express their excitement about some news (like launching of NY Marathon), to work (mods do need to moderate, you know), to participate in discussions and games... And yes, to express their own personal thoughts that doesn't always have to be positive, opinions do differ after all. But in contrast to them and their activity, I see the same group of players who are logging into the forum only to complain and rant about the same things over and over again, for months and months. Still staying in the game they vowed they were leaving years ago? So ask yourself, would helpers and those players still be willing to spend their time here if they are deeply unsatisfied with the game? Or is it possible that they actually like being part of it? That they enjoy the community, have fun playing with friends they met in this game? Can you hold it against them just because you aren't?

No one here has a "job" to defend anything. You're forgetting that TO helpers are volunteers, players that are spending their free time and energy to make the community better and more enjoyable for all of us. Yes, they are compensated with crystals for their services but do you really believe that someone would spend day after day arguing the point unless they actually enjoy the game and find something worthwhile in fighting for it? None of us is here because we're forced to, we're here because we really like the game and the community and we're proudly standing behind the effort we've putting into it. I'm not saying things cannot be better, everything in life has potential to be better, in every given moment. You guys know we're open for criticism and we do forward all of your feedback to devs. But none of us has ever made a game from the scratch and none of us was personally engaged in gaming project that is now almost 10 years old. Yes, we all play games but most people don't have a clue how it all looks like from the other side. And also, we're not talking about EA or Bethesda or Blizzard or any other huge video game corporation, we're talking about a small company from Russia that Tanki was its first project. It somehow became globally popular and grew to compete with much newer games, built on totally different technologies and concepts. In short, I agree with Viking, none of us knows all the details and information that devs check and see on daily basis. Nor any of us is a business manager that actually runs a gaming company. What we can and should do is to simply relax and enjoy this game and its events, contests and tournaments that are constantly made for everyone to take part in, if they want to. If they don't, oh well, there are plenty of other games out there they might enjoy more. In the meantime, the rest of us will keep working hard to make this game and this community enjoyable for all.

It seems that only some countries have issues and that it cannot be checked country by country, that's why I asked for feedback. I'll make sure to check with devs again tomorrow, during office hours.

I also believe it's all in the perspective. Most "old" players got spoiled by relatively easy progress and multiple M3 hulls and turrets being available early on - I remember getting my hornet and freeze both upgraded fully even before or around I got Major rank. The highest rank back then was Marshal. I played smart, saved crystals only for sales and opted to update several turrets and hulls instead of going for full M3 garage (I don't even have M0s of some equipement). I also never invested in supplies since I only played non-supply battles. When things started changing, around 2015-2016, I kept investing only in Battle Pass and kept playing non-supply PRO battles - they were short, fun, skill-driven and kept being a nice way to spend your day as casual gamer. Now, if someone joined the game back then or afterwards and is highly competitive gamer, that's a completely different story. But you cannot judge the future of the game just based on one perspective. Remember, each player still have fully functional game that they can enjoy in, along with its numerous platforms, events, contests and features.

It's the situation in which both sides lose but it happens. No point getting stressed over it any further, let's enjoy the game and spread holiday cheer in Tanki :)

I understand very much your frustration, Cedric addressed it as well. Perhaps it is something beyond what devs can influence at the moment - if something is broken in your car and you can fix it, you do it, but if you need a whole new part that you have to order and wait for days to arrive, there's not much you can do in that situation. And since it's close to holiday season, some things are even harder to obtain or sort. Maybe it's even Murphy's law. Whatever it is, I really hope it will be sorted soon so that everyone can enjoy holiday season in Tanki. We will update the topic as soon as we get some information that we can share but please be patient and do try using other means of payment in the meantime.

Please report such issues to tech support or post them in this topic, this one is not a place for it. Given the vast possibilities for gameplay customization in Tanki Online, creating an effective system is incredibly challenging. Tanki programmers devote the majority of their time and effort studying the MM system and tweaking it for improvement. It will take some time but we'll get there.
