I spoke about this in more than one topic on the forum, such as this one. All helpers go through a long candidacy period which allows both administrators and future helpers to evaluate each others and how they fit the very position they applied to. Same period is used by candidates to understand their duties properly and to learn to execute them without any favouritism or bias. No one is allowed to go down that road, otherwise they won't stay candidates nor helpers for long. We take everyone in the community seriously and since - as I said above - everyone can approach administrators to file personal complaint, no issue can stay unresolved for long nor bad mods (if it's proven they are indeed damaging the reputation of the game and the community with their actions) can stay helpers.

Of course, but dealing with complaints is rather known and uniformed process that remained the same for years now. As a former helper, you should know that better than anyone. So once again, a reminder for you and anyone else - please contact administrators directly from now on via pm, if you have any complaint regarding your warn / ban or hidden posts / topics on the forum.

Hi, I'm not from Forum moderation team but my colleague @CooperO will confirm that the system works the same for all teams: if you have a complaint about warn/ban or hidden message, you have to contact administrator of the team in question via pm to ask about the reason and you'll get the answer as soon as possible. The same has been written here. It's the only way such complaints can be discussed in order not to flame channel chats and forum topics and to protect player's privacy. If you don't have the time or the energy to contact administrators, your loss - we certainly have time and energy to answer each and every complaint.

Since this is the official forum of Tanki Online, it's expected that most artworks are going to be related to the game. It's not compulsory but let's not make it too far either. And obviously, artwork that isn't TO related cannot not be presented on any of TO official platforms.

It's very hard to take over someone's else's position and get acquainted with everything that happened during the past year in a short period of time - that's a lot of catching up to do, not just by reading this topic. Plus he immediately had to start preparing announcements and events for the community and there were plenty of them in the past weeks, as you all know. However, if your account was registered in the web version of the game, you can visit the Shop in the web version and still take advantage of the discounts. Unfortunately, these sales will not be available to accounts that were originally registered on the mobile version of TO.
