It was working fine about 1 hrs ago and most of the time since server restart. I was able to finish daily missions luckily. I hope they fix this soon and some compensation would be nice.

Will there be some announcement whether we get compensation; would be nice to get minigame energy.

The webpage is back up but when I try to enter it just hangs....can't even enter my playername to login. I read in the news there is Global IT outages, so perhaps the Tanki Server is affected by this.

They do have a text profanity filter, so perhaps a translator could be added; the good question is how much would it slow the server down; if it doesn't by much then it shouldn't be a problem.

I'd calll it something else, they use to call vulcan fire volcano. So you saying like a Heavy Capacitor shaft but for striker. Like meteor, lol maybe call it Comet. It also sounds like Uranium does 50% increased damage. I like meteor more than uranium.

Ya, I think jammer is a redundant status effect. I wish tanki dev just got rid of jammer and just merge iit with EMP. When I think of EMP, I think it is like JAMMER. I also hate jammer and empr, cause it costs you supplies and it can add up.

Well if you see a shock freeze try hard to avoid it and put on cold imunnity if you have it. I find it weird to use since it uses energy fast and doesn't do as much damage as regular freeze. In this game you have think about defence and offence; not just whine about it. You also have to have fast equipment garage skills to weaken the enemy strong players. Also to change turrets to where not many ememy have protection for. A fast small hull shockfree freeze with defender drone with protection against your turret will allow it to move in close range for the kill. You have to cripple it before it gets near you and move away and fire at it till it dies. I hope that helps.

I was thinking why doesn't tanki for chat have sort of real time chat autotranslate; from Russian to English. Then just enable this in settings if you want it, and also limit spam abuse. I'm not sure how much it would slow down the server, but this service process could be a low priority process and gradual give you some auto-translate chat messages, at least this would bridge the gap between Russian/English players and this would be a nice feature in the game. Cause it seems like this game is impersonal, like I am playing AI Players all the time. In the past with other MMO games there was character to the players and could chat. Thank you for considering.

I will answer my own question to help others play Tanki Online with Chrome like browsers. This has been bothering me for 1 month now and finally figured out how to fix it. 1> Address bar: chrome://flags 2> Search for OZONE "PREFERRED OZONE PLATFORM" 3> Change DEFAULT to WAYLAND Default would be using Xwayland a compatibility layer to use X11 on wayland this will give you overhead and will only get 60fps. By changing this to Wayland I now get 165 fps with 2 monitors plugged in. I am using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with Gnome 46 (Wayland) and I can now run tanki online in a browser in 4-5 Gigs ram instead on Windows 11 like 8-11 Gigs ram. Have fun all and take care....

Thanks for updating the wiki for Striker Meteor; it is a fairly decent augment for striker especially for freeing up 1 protection module slot and the 25% damage is not quite uranium.... like a mini uranium...

STRIKER MISSILE LAUNCHER "METEOR": I see no stats on it in the wiki or in the forums. I just won this augment and wondered what benefits you get with it. I tried it out and feels like 10% increase damage and the force impact seems minor; which I was hoping more stronger. But if someone can please tell us the stats, thank you.

Striker Meteor augment: I see no update in the wiki augments with stats on this new augment. What is the % increase in damage? impact force? any negatives to it? I just won this augment from an EPIC and I tested a bit... the impact force doesn't seem like it works? I think increase damage is like 10% maybe.... I was hoping there would be major impact force since you lose splash damage. Thanks if someone can answer my question..

I can't wait to see 20 rockets with Scorpion swarm; will be interesting. Well atleast it takes less supplies for crisis; but I hardly use it. Maybe in the next patch they will remove pulsar from the game; I think it messes the game up.

When is the 50% sale Black Friday isn't in November? Last year we had server problems, and Dec 9th was he 50% sale. Cause this sale is only 30%....

Vulcan does shoot fast too..... so even with a low %...like with 50 bullets (so in a few secs) should get the pulsar effect, I don't know but I've seen quite a few Vulcan pulsar in siege/cp.... sort of ruins the match.... As for Isida I played with pulsar and sort of like it over vamp nanobots, since you can heal too, comes in handy to help mates out.

I heard about this about an year ago or so; I hope they add it soon. Cause those profile web pages are sort of lousy, plus you need to right click RELOAD to view them.

Is the crit chance higher with isida pulsar vs telsa pulsar? I tried it out sort of good, since you can still heal as well; where vampire nanobots has no healing. I honestly think vulcan pulsar is more an issue lately, please reduce the crit chance; reminds me of twins pulsar back when the crit chance was a bit higher.

Ya, I use mammoth with trickster sometimes and ya would be nice to see a buff of some kind for it in the near future. I find it hard to smash light hulls even with trickster drone enabled. Did they nerf the smash damage rate lately? Cause I try smashing and it takes a while to to kill lately or is it my imagination. Quite true really need trickster or crisis for the extra speed boost; but nice to use other drones like defender...etc It would be nice to see an Mammoth OD buff, but I seriously think Paladin and Viking need a buff for OD recharge it, just takes too long and less fun.

Well one time I receive legend rank up container and won 100k. To help the matchmaking perhaps have LEGEND STAR system for the legend rank # range; most legends are below legend 200. Like 5 star LEGEND would be acca-01 or boris4311 level (legend 600+). But with the player base maybe the matchmaking would increase wait time, but it would be more fair if certain legend star level would play another. But some new legend can be good some players take a long time to improve. But that trophy idea does it another way to be at an exclusive level, but I think those could take years to complete. I wish they add some other trophy turrets/hulls soon. I personally don't like playing dictator/striker all day.

For I, regular containers seem better than ultra containers. With these weekend events the most I ever get is 25k crystals. I have quite a maxed out garage and a lot of augments (even paints) so I guess can only give me supplies or crystals. I was happy recently just to get tesla jammer heh.... something new in a few months.

I think they decreased critical hit chance for melee turrets because of pulsar augs coming from the tanki fund. But I wish they left the critical hit chance alone and just decrease the pulsar chance instead of nerfing the whole turret. Isn't this new Thunder Anvil redundant, when they could just reinstated critical hits to sledgehammer?

Well I think these weekend events are a bit easier than say 2 years ago with very hard missions to complete. All these new players are lucky, I don't think it will take long to complete. I like that they do this because a lot of players don't have much play time and harder missions would stress them out.
